The present invention provides an organic thin film and an organic transistor having high performance stability and mobility. Specifically, there are provided an organic thin film including a compound containing a charge transporting molecular unit A having a structure of an aromatic fused ring system and a unit B serving as a side chain, the compound having a bilayer structure; an organic semiconductor device including the organic thin film; and an organic transistor including the organic thin film used as an organic semiconductor layer.

The present invention, the present invention relates to an organic semiconductor material having a benzothienobenzothiophene skeleton, an organic semiconductor ink containing the organic semiconductor material, and an organic transistor using the organic semiconductor material. An object of the present invention is to provide an organic semiconductor material that easily provides a film having a high carrier mobility without the need for a complicated process. It was found that a BTBT derivative having a particular arylene acetylene structure is crystallized by way of a high-order liquid crystal phase having a highly ordered molecular arrangement, and thus the BTBT derivative easily forms a film having a high mobility without requiring complicated heat treatment even when the film is formed by printing. This finding led to the achievement of the object.

There are provided a radical polymerizable composition having a low viscosity suitable for coating, a cured product obtained by curing the composition, the cured product having a high refractive index and high toughness and being not easily cracked or chipped when cutting, and a plastic lens obtained by curing the composition. A radical polymerizable composition includes phenylbenzyl(meth)acrylate (A), a urethane(meth)acrylate (X) having an aromatic ring in its molecular structure, and a radical polymerization initiator (Y) as essential components.

There are provided a radically polymerizable composition that has a low viscosity suitable for use in coating and that forms a cured product having a high refractive index, a cured product formed by curing the composition, and plastic lens formed by curing the composition. The radically polymerizable composition includes, as essential components, phenylbenzyl acrylate (A); and bis[(meth)acryloylmethyl]biphenyl (B) or biphenyl compound (C) having a molecular structure in which biphenyl structures are bonded to each other through a methylene.

The radical polymerizable composition includes phenylbenzyl (meth)acrylate (A), an epoxy (meth)acrylate (X) having an aromatic ring in its molecular structure, and a radical polymerization initiator (Y) as essential components.
