An air-conditioning apparatus includes a plurality of devices including at least a compressor, and a controller which stores device information indicating the kinds of the devices. The controller reads out a control parameter and a control program for a device which is indicated by kind by the device information, from an external storage device which stores control parameters and control programs for the devices, and controls the device in accordance with the control program.

An air-conditioning control system, includes: an air-conditioning apparatus constructed by connecting one or a plurality of indoor units and one or a plurality of outdoor units by refrigerant pipes; a general-purpose device controller to which a general-purpose device that operates in cooperation with the air-conditioning apparatus is connected, configured to control the general-purpose device; and an energy management gateway, which is communicably connected to the air-conditioning apparatus and the general-purpose device controller through a transmission line, configured to control a device to be controlled, based on a signal related to communication.

Air-conditioning control system

A setting unit acquires the temperature of an air-conditioned space, calculates the difference between the temperature of the air-conditioned space and a suction temperature as a correction amount &#x394;T, and transmits information of the correction amount &#x394;T to an air-conditioning apparatus. A controller of the air-conditioning apparatus controls the operation of the air-conditioning apparatus so that a control temperature obtained by adding the correction amount &#x394;T to the suction temperature becomes equal to a set temperature.

Air-conditioning system and control method for air-conditioning system

An air conditioning system includes air conditioning facilities with an indoor unit and an outdoor unit, a dedicated transmission line, a general-purpose equipment controller, and an energy management gateway. The energy management gateway includes a dedicated transmission line that enables communication with the air conditioning facilities via the dedicated transmission line, a management controller that collects management information preregistered for managing the air conditioning facilities from among various information received via the dedicated transmission line, and a processing controller that executes computational processing related to management of the air conditioning facilities on the basis of the collected management information, and controls the air conditioning facilities. The general-purpose equipment controller receives or accepts input of running information corresponding to each of the air conditioning facilities and general-purpose equipment, and controls the general-purpose equipment on the basis of the running information.

Air-conditioning system

An air-conditioning system includes a general-purpose device controller which controls a general-purpose device and an air-conditioning facility. The general-purpose device controller includes a processing configuration unit which receives a first signal corresponding to the air-conditioning facility and a second signal corresponding to the general-purpose device and transmits a control signal which controls the air-conditioning facility and the general-purpose device based on the first signal and the second signal. The processing configuration unit is configured to designate the air-conditioning facility which is a first control target, with a management address which is included in the first signal and designate the air-conditioning facility, designate the general-purpose device which is a second control target, with an input/output port number which is included in the second signal and designate the general-purpose device, and transmit the control signal which performs ganged control of the first control target and the second control target.

An air-conditioning system includes: an air-conditioning apparatus in which indoor units are connected to an outdoor unit; a conveying fan; and control means for controlling the air-conditioning apparatus and the conveying fan on the basis of a target evaporating temperature. The control means resets an upper limit of the target evaporating temperature when: a control determination temperature difference which is a difference between a set temperature and a temperature of an air-conditioned space is within a predetermined range; a humidity of the air-conditioned space is equal to or lower than a predetermined value; and a thermo-ON indoor unit and a thermo-OFF indoor unit are present together in the same air-conditioned space.

There are provided an electric energy meter with a transmission device that generates a pulse signal for measuring electric energy supplied to an outdoor unit, an input circuit for an external signal that receives the pulse signal, and a control unit that measures electric energy on the basis of the pulse signal, wherein the control unit includes a determination unit that determines, as an input port for the pulse signal, one of input ports that are not in use from among a plurality of input ports forming the input circuit for an external signal, and a calculation unit that calculates electric power, electric energy consumption, and energy consumption efficiency on the basis of the pulse signal.
