The present invention relates to polypeptides having beta-glucanase activity, catalytic domains, beta-glucan binding domains and polynucleotides encoding the polypeptides, catalytic domains or beta-glucan binding domains. The invention also relates to nucleic acid constructs, vectors, and host cells comprising the polynucleotides as well as methods of producing and using the polypeptides, catalytic domains or beta-glucan binding domains. The invention further relates to cleaning or detergent compositions comprising polypeptides exhibiting beta-glucanase activity and one or more amylases and/or one or more proteases and uses thereof in cleaning or detergent applications and processes such as cleaning hard-surfaces, dish wash and laundering.

The present disclosure relates to dish washing compositions comprising polypeptides having beta-glucanase activity, catalytic domains, beta-glucan binding domains and polynucleotides encoding the polypeptides, catalytic domains or beta-glucan binding domains. The present disclosure further relates to dish washing compositions comprising polypeptides exhibiting beta-glucanase activity and one or more amylases and/or one or more proteases and uses thereof in dish wash applications and dish wash processes.

Dishwashing compositions comprising polypeptides having beta-glucanase activity and uses thereof

Proteases encompassing an amino acid sequence that is at least 70% identical to the amino acid sequence indicated in SEQ ID NO. 1 over its entire length, and exhibit the amino acid substitution I21V in the count in accordance with SEQ ID NO. 1, agents that encompass such proteases, display very good cleaning performance on protease-sensitive stains.

Performance-enhanced protease variant

Phosphonate-containing liquid washing or cleaning agent exhibiting advantageous proteolytic activity and improved storage stability comprising a protease having an amino acid sequence which is at least 80% identical to the amino acid sequence stated in SEQ ID NO. 1 and which comprises in position 99 in the numbering according to SEQ ID NO. 1 the amino acid glutamic acid (E) or aspartic acid (D) or the amino acid asparagine (N) or glutamine (Q) or the amino acid alanine (A) or glycine (G) or serine (S).

Storage-stable liquid washing or cleaning agent containing proteases

Detergents and cleaning agents containing a protease having an amino acid sequence being at least 97.5% identical to the amino acid sequence given in SEQ ID NO. 3. The detergents and cleaning agents exhibit an excellent cleaning action on protease-sensitive soiling.
