The present invention relates to TRPV1 modulator compounds of formula (I) or their pharmaceutically, veterinary or cosmetically acceptable salts, or their stereoisomers or mixtures thereof, wherein m is an integer selected from 1 to 3; R, R, Rand Rare independently selected from H, (C-C)alkyl, unsaturated (C-C)hydrocarbon, and (C-C)cycloalkyl, being these groups optionally substituted; Ris hydrogen or halogen; Ris selected from H, (C-C)alkyl, unsaturated (C-C)hydrocarbon, (C-C)cycloalkyl, (C-C)aryl, and (C-C)heteroaryl, being these groups optionally substituted; and Ris selected from (C-C)alkyl, unsaturated (C-C)hydrocarbon, (C-C)aryl, and (C-C)heteroaryl, being these groups optionally substituted. It also relates to a process for their preparation, to pharmaceutical, veterinary or cosmetic compositions containing them, and to their pharmaceutical, veterinary and cosmetic applications. 

TRPV1 modulator compounds

The invention relates to compounds having formula (I) wherein A is selected from the group consisting of: a) optionally substituted (C-C) alkyl; b) optionally substituted (C-C) cycloalkyl; c) optionally substituted (C-C) aryl; d) optionally substituted (C-C) heteroaryl; e) C(O)&#x2014;(C-C) aryl, in which group (C-C) aryl is optionally substituted; f) C(O)&#x2014;(C-C) heteroaryl, in which group (C-C) heteroaryl is optionally substituted; g) CH(OH)&#x2014;(C-C) aryl, in which group (C-C) aryl is optionally substituted; and h) CH(OH)&#x2014;(C-C) heteroaryl, in which group (C-C) heteroaryl is optionally substituted. The invention also relates to methods for the production of said compounds, to pharmaceutical and veterinary compositions comprising said compounds and to the therapeutic uses thereof, such as for the prevention and/or treatment of dry eye syndrome, vaginal dryness and/or burning mouth syndrome.
