A method of consolidating consumer profiles based on mapping an external identifier of a mobile communication device to a mobile network identification by an authentication network element computer. The method comprises receiving, by an advertisement (ad) bidder server computer, an ad bid request with an external consumer identifier and consumer profile information of a mobile communication device, and receiving, by a mobile communication network, a pixel tag request from the mobile communication device with the external consumer identifier embedded in the pixel tag request, wherein the mobile communication network is maintained by a mobile network carrier that maintains the ad bidder. The method further comprises identifying a mobile network identification of the mobile communication device by the mobile communication network, and storing a mapping between the external consumer identifier and the mobile network identification.

Method for consumer profile consolidation using mobile network identification

A wireless communication device optically receives an image that is associated with a user device and processes the received image to generate image data. The wireless communication device transfers user information and the image data to a communication network. The communication network processes the user information and the image data to generate configuration data to allow the user device to access the communication network. The communication network transfers the configuration data to a communication transceiver. The communication transceiver receives a communication from the user device, and in response to the configuration data, the communication transceiver transfers the communication to the communication network.

A communication system to handle call-back calls from emergency services to callers comprises a communication network and a call processing system. The communication network is configured to receive an emergency call for an emergency service from a communication device operated by a caller, and receive an incoming call for the communication device. The call processing system is configured to, in response to the emergency call, modify call controls associated with the caller, and process the modified call controls associated with the caller to determine if the incoming call is allowed. The communication network is further configured to connect the incoming call if the incoming call is allowed, and to block the incoming call if the incoming call is not allowed.

A wireless communication device optically receives and processes a bar code and a background item to the barcode to generate image data. A processing system processes the image data to identify a bar code portion of the image data and to identify a background portion of the image data. The processing system processes the barcode portion of the image data to generate decoded data. The processing system processes the background portion of the image data to generate background data. The processing system processes the decoded data and the background data to determine if the bar code is valid. The wireless communication device generates a bar code valid signal if the bar code is valid and generates a bar code invalid signal if the bar code is invalid.
