A system and devices for automating and computerizing audits, tracking, and error prevention associated with container packing events and, in particular, multi-container packing events at a storage facility, yard, warehouse, or the like. In some cases, the systems and devices may be configured to monitor and detect errors or issues with packing items and send alerts and control signals to agents, such as autonomous agents, to correct the detected errors.

System and methods for reducing multi-container packing errors

Techniques are described for automating and computerizing order cart audits to reduce the overall costs associated with shipping incorrect items, missing items, and/or additional items. In some cases, the system may be configured to perform an audit of a completed or filled order cart. The facility operator may pass the order cart through an audit area prior to loading the items on a vehicle for transport. During the audit, the system may capture sensor data associated with the order cart and identify each item present. The system may determine whether or not each item is part of the order and notify an operator accordingly.

System and methods for performing order cart audits

A system for generating a pixel map of a yard or facility in substantially real-time. The pixel map may be generated on-the-fly with virtual slots based on various vehicles and containers entering and exiting the yard or facility. In some cases, the pixel map may be utilized to track assets within the facility even if the physical identifier of the asset is unknown or the asset transitions between field of view of various image devices associated with the system.
