An approach is described for identifying an entity associated with a communication in an online environment. A method pertaining to such approach may include receiving a communication within the online environment. The communication may be received via a communications network. The communication may include a plurality of sequential messages. The method further may include facilitating parsing, via natural language processing, of language in the communication corresponding to an entity and one or more sentiments associated with the entity. The method further may include determining whether the entity is unambiguously identifiable. Upon determining that the entity is not unambiguously identifiable, the method may include identifying the entity based upon Bayesian inference. According to an embodiment, determining whether the entity is unambiguously identifiable may include determining whether the entity is among a plurality of participants in the communication.

Identifying an entity associated with an online communication

An approach is provided that creates a co-opetition index. The co-opetition index is created by mining data from online sources that are related to competitor activities associated with a competitor of an organization. The competitor is selected from many competitors of the organization. Possible business actions are automatically identified that correspond to the competitor activities. The set of possible business actions are analyzed using a game theory analysis. The game theory analysis results in an identification of next actions that maximize a payoff to the organization. The co-opetition index is adjusted based on a classification of the next actions on a competitiveness scale. The resulting co-opetition index is then provided to a user of the system.

Systems and a method for transporting smart shopping bags are provided herein. The system includes a plurality of drones, each of which is operable to travel to a plurality of designated locations to search for smart shopping bags. The smart shopping bags are configured to store goods for transport and are operable to store and wirelessly communicate user preferences, information related to stored goods, and one or more destinations for the goods. Upon finding a smart shopping bag, each of the drones is operable to query the smart shopping bag to determine whether the smart shopping bag is suitable for pickup by the drone. If the smart shopping bag is suitable for pickup, each of the drones is operable to transport the smart shopping bag toward a first one of the one or more destinations.

The computer determines one or more social media contacts associated with the event, wherein the social media contacts are further associated with the user. The computer determines one or more terms utilized by the determined one or more social media contacts. The computer detects an input by the user, wherein the input includes one or more characters. Embodiments for facilitating recording images to improve quality by a processor. A candidate image of a first device is compared against a database of previously saved images. One of the previously saved images obtained by a second device, and thereby, stored context metadata associated with the one of the previously saved images, is selected. The stored context metadata of the one of the previously saved images is provided to the first device, such that a configuration on the first device is selectable to be changed to match a configuration of the second device used to obtain the one of the previously saved images.

Intelligent image enhancement

A method and system of fulfilling a request for a desired photo. A request from a first service subscriber for a desired photo in a first data packet is received. Upon determining that the photo capturing device has the location compatibility and the hardware compatibility to fulfill the request for the desired photo, a fulfillment request is sent in a second data packet to the photo capturing device. Upon receiving a response photo from the photo capturing device, it is determined whether the response photo accommodates the desired photo. Upon determining that the response photo accommodates the desired photo, the response photo is sent to the first service subscriber.
