A screw actuator comprises a nut and a screw each comprising helical grooves, said nut and screw engaging each other by rollers or balls which are in contact with said grooves, a lubricant being provided for the grooves and rollers or balls. Integrated in the actuator is a module, which is connected to at least the helical grooves of the nut and/or screw for replenishing the lubricant for the grooves and rollers or balls of the actuator.

A screw actuator comprises a screw ( ) and a nut ( ) which are each provided with at least a helical groove ( ), and a series of rollers or balls ( ) which are in rolling contact with the grooves ( ). A sleeve ( ) is provided which surrounds the nut ( ) at least partly. The sleeve ( ) may carry a seal ( ) which acts between the nut ( ) and screw ( ); e.g. a wiper seal. A bearing seal includes an annular body in sealing contact with the outer race of a bearing. The annular body includes a sealing resilient annular member fitted on a shield portion and projecting from the shield portion to contact in a sliding and sealing manner a sealing surface spaced apart from the bearing. The annular body is attachable to the outer race ring of the bearing by way of an annular bulge provided on the resilient member. The annular bulge is attachable by snap-action in a circumferential groove in the inner surface of the outer race ring of the bearing.
