The present invention relates to a paper machine fabric, especially a forming fabric, including a top woven fabric layer and a bottom woven fabric layer which are connected with each other by paired binder yarns. The present invention is characterized in that at least one of the binder yarn pairs is formed by machine direction yarns (binding machine direction yarns) and at least one of the other binder yarn pairs is formed by cross machine direction yarns (binding cross machine direction yarns).

Forming fabric

Paper machine clothing that includes interwoven warp threads and weft threads forming a weaving pattern composed of repeat units having at least 26 warp threads. The weaving pattern, one of on its own or in combination, is formed by at least one of: at least one basic textile weave, at least one derivative of a basic textile weave, and at least one extension of a basic textile weave.

A covering for a machine for treating a material web, in particular a fibrous web, has a multilayer construction with at least two layers formed respectively by at least one polyurethane film, between which there lies a layer made of a reinforcement fabric whose mesh widths are selected such that the two adjacent layers of polyurethane film touch each other in the meshes. This covering can be used advantageously in particular as a transfer belt or a dryer fabric.

Woven belt for a machine for producing web material and method for manufacturing such a woven belt

A paper making composite forming fabric including paper side weft and warp yarns and wear side warp yarns and bindery yarns. The paper side wefts and the binder yarns being interwoven with the paper side warp yarns. The binder yarns being interwoven with the wear side warps. A total number of paper side and wear side warp yarns per weave repeat is greater than 24. An internal binder float length is between 2 and 4. The fabric has an interchange points percentage value of less than 20 and a binder interchange points as a percentage of total machine direction yarns value of less than 10.
