A petroleum well toolstring valve includes a drill pipe string conveyed J-slot running tool for a top stinger on a retrievable bridge plug. The J-slot running tool includes a J-slot sleeve with J-slots for disconnectably receiving the stinger. The top stinger includes a cylindrical stinger portion with J-slot connecting lugs. An internal plug is arranged between a central connector and stinger bores. A cylindrical neck on the stinger portion spans the internal plug in the axial direction. The cylindrical neck, when covered by the J-slot sleeve, forms an annular flow space connecting upper and lower radial ports and thus central bores. The stinger portion has a rotatable sleeve valve body arranged on a stinger valve stem portion. The sleeve valve body has a sleeve valve port arranged for being aligned with the lower stinger port when rotated into an open position. The rotatable sleeve valve body is connected to the lugs for being rotated by the drill pipe string for opening or closing the valve.

A casing packer seal arrangement includes a sliding casing packer seal assembly arranged for being set by axial compression to expand against a surrounding casing pipe, the casing packer seal assembly being compressed and sled along a cylindrical mandrel. The casing packer seal assembly includes at least one packer element ring having mutually opposite, axially outward facing radially inner and outer plane ring portions; first and second conical inner rings having an axially inward directed plane ring face abutting the packer element end rings' inner plane ring portions in their expanded state; first and second expanding rings each having a conical ramp face for climbing, thus expanding, on said conical inner rings, the first and second expanding rings each having a plane, radially outer ring face for engaging, expanding with and supporting the packer element end ring's axially outward facing plane ring portions, so that when expanded, preventing extrusion of the so expanded packer element end ring in an annulus gap between the expanding rings and the surrounding casing pipe.

A method for forming a flange collar constituting a cement foundation in a casing annulus, includes the steps of installing a casing section comprising an internal sleeve axially displaceable by a conveyed tool for opening a casing cementing outlet; the internal sleeve connected through radial bolts through axial-parallel slots through the casing wall to a casing-external sleeve, the casing-external sleeve abutting against a first edge of a deformable metal sleeve having its opposite, second end abutting axially against a radial shoulder on the casing section; using the drill pipe conveyed tool for axially displacing the internal sleeve thus forcing the external sleeve to deforming the metal sleeve to a radially extending flange collar radially extending across the casing annulus, and ejecting cement via the casing cementing outlet to the annulus, allowing the cement to distribute above the formed radially extending flange collar, and allowing the cement to settle in the annulus.

A sleeve valve including a permanent end position and comprising an inner sleeve concentrically disposed within an outer sleeve comprising at least one radially facing outer opening and an operating range defined by an open position in which the inner sleeve does not block the outer opening, and a closed position in which the inner sleeve blocks the outer opening. The inner sleeve is axially displaceable or rotatable within the outer sleeve to provide an operating range in the longitudinal direction or an operating range in the form of an angle. At least one plastically deformable locking area of one the inner or outer sleeve is adapted for being radially deformed into a locking groove of the other sleeve when the inner sleeve is moved outside of the operating range.
