Methods, systems, and computer program products for incremental regulatory compliance are provided herein. A computer-implemented method includes obtaining at least one first document indicative of a first set of requirements, at least one second document indicative of a second set of requirements, and a baseline document indicative of one or more security controls currently implemented in a system architecture; performing a document comparison between the at least one first document, the at least one second document, and the baseline document to identify overlapping requirements across the first set and the second set that are not satisfied by the one or more security controls; and recommending at least one additional security control to be implemented in said system architecture for satisfying at least one of the identified overlapping requirements.

Incremental regulatory compliance

A compliance discovery and integration process is implemented in association with a cloud-based security and compliance platform and associated CI/CD framework. The process assumes an existing DevOps-based deployment of a product, such as an enterprise application that executes in a runtime production environment. The technique of this disclosure addresses the problem of misalignment between a compliance policy and the product's post-deployment regulation posture by providing tools and methods that enable pro-active augmentation of governance and compliance policy during the pre-deployment phase and with respect to a next deployment of the product (e.g., a next or updated version). Thus, when the product is later deployed in its next deployment, its regulation posture (post-deployment) is already consistent with the compliance policy.

In the present invention, a method for searching multilingual keywords in mixlingual speech corpus is proposed. This method is capable of searching audio as well as text keywords. The capability of audio search enables it to search out-of-vocabulary (OOV) words. The capability of searching text keywords enables it to perform semantic search. An advanced application of searching keyword translations in mixlingual speech corpus is also possible within posteriorgram framework with this system. Also, a technique for combining information from text and audio keywords is given which further enhances the search performance. A system and a method for adjusting brightness of a content are provided. The method includes: receiving a camera feed based on a visible-light; measuring a light sensor value indicating an intensity of the visible-light; detecting a translucent surface over a display screen based on capturing a plurality of visible-light parameters from the camera feed and the light sensor value; predicting a reflectance value of the translucent surface using an artificial neural network model based on the plurality of visible-light parameters and an input brightness level associated with the display screen; determining a proportionality of a change in at least one of a camera feed value and the light sensor value with respect to the input brightness level; verifying the reflectance value through a statistical function based on the determined proportionality; and determining an output brightness level for the display screen based on the reflectance value.

Computer implemented reconstruction of compliance mapping due to an update in a regulation in the compliance mapping by a computing device includes comparing a first version of a regulation in the compliance mapping to a second, updated version of the first regulation. A change in the second version with respect to the first version is identified. The change may be an added control description, a deleted control description, or an updated control description. Upon determining that the change is an updated control description, the updated control description is analyzed to determine a type of update. The mapping of the regulation is reconstructed based on the change and, if the change is an updated control description, the type of update, using at least one of natural language processing and/or machine learning. The risk of the reconstructed mapping is assessed, and a service owner is notified about the risk of the changes.

A distributed computing system for artificial intelligence in autonomously appreciating a circumstance context of a smart device. Raw context data is detected by sensors associated with the smart device. The raw context data is pre-processed by the smart device and then provided to a cloud based server for further processing. The various sets of feature data are compared with corresponding classification parameters to determine a classification of a continuous event and/or a classification of transient event, if any, which occur in the context. A method and apparatus for auto-directive adaptive beamforming for a microphone array using microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) sensor orientation information are provided.
