Camera for a vehicle vision system

A system for detecting the face of a vehicle driver comprises an instrument cluster for the driver including a carrier and an dashboard directed towards the driver and covered by a glass, said dashboard being embedded in the carrier; an image capture device comprising a camera configured to capture sequential images of the driver's gaze; and a controller configured to analyze the driver's gaze; at least one intrinsic element of the instrument cluster defines a reflecting surface configured to directly reflect the sequential images of the driver's gaze such as a glossy plastic, a chrome-plated element, a display screen or the dashboard glass; the camera comprises a field of view oriented towards the reflecting surface so as to indirectly capture the images of the driver's gaze.

System for detecting the face of a driver and method associated thereto

The invention relates to a speaker assembly. In order to enable a cost-effective assembly of an electronic device with a speaker, the invention provides that the speaker assembly comprises: a base element having a surface, which is at least partially electrically conductive; a speaker associated with the base element; a cover element at least partially covering the base element and comprising a receiving section in which the speaker is at least partially received; a rubber-elastic mounting element interposed between the speaker and the cover element for retaining the speaker in the receiving section; and at least one connector element electrically connecting the speaker with the base element, which connector element is preloaded between the speaker and the base element.

A display assembly for an automotive vehicle includes a housing having a front opening, a peripheral wall, and a rear wall arranged along a main axis. The housing is configured to receive a display module on a front opening side and a printed circuit board connected to the display module. The printed circuit board includes an electronic control unit to control the display module, characterized in that it further comprises an internal casing which is mounted in the housing against the housing rear wall, said internal casing comprising a first holding surface configured to receive the printed circuit board and a second holding surface configured to receive the display module, and in that the housing comprises a first set of axially retaining members holding the printed circuit board on the first holding surface and a second set of axially retaining members holding the display module on the second holding surface.
