An exhaust-gas treatment arrangement for an exhaust system of an internal-combustion engine includes a diesel internal-combustion engine. The arrangement includes a first exhaust-gas treatment unit and, downstream of the first exhaust-gas treatment unit, an exhaust-gas treatment assembly. The first exhaust-gas treatment unit and the exhaust-gas treatment assembly are arranged axially succeeding one another in the direction of a longitudinal axis of a flow path encompassing the first exhaust-gas treatment unit and the exhaust-gas treatment assembly. A hydrocarbon-feeding assembly is provided for feeding hydrocarbon into exhaust gas flowing in the flow path. The hydrocarbon-feeding assembly includes a hydrocarbon-dispensing unit dispensing hydrocarbon into the flow path downstream of the first exhaust-gas treatment unit and upstream of the exhaust-gas treatment assembly. A swirl-flow-generating unit is provided in the flow path upstream of the hydrocarbon-dispensing unit.

Exhaust-gas treatment arrangement

An exhaust-gas treatment arrangement for an exhaust-gas system of a combustion engine has a first exhaust-gas treatment unit and, downstream thereof, an exhaust-gas treatment assembly. The treatment unit and the treatment assembly are arranged axially one after the other in the direction of a flow-path longitudinal axis of a flow path including the treatment unit and the treatment assembly. A hydrocarbon introducer for introducing hydrocarbon into exhaust gas flowing in the flow path is in the flow path substantially axially between the treatment unit and the treatment assembly. An exhaust gas treatment arrangement for an exhaust gas system of an internal combustion engine includes a first exhaust gas flow path leading from an exhaust gas inlet provided on a housing to an exhaust gas outlet provided on the housing and a second exhaust gas flow path leading from the exhaust gas inlet to the exhaust gas outlet. The second exhaust gas flow path is separate from the first exhaust gas flow path. A flow path switching unit changes the exhaust gas stream parts, which are conducted in the first exhaust gas flow path and the second exhaust gas flow path. A reactant supply device supplies reactant into the second exhaust gas flow path downstream of the exhaust gas inlet and an SCR catalyst arrangement is provided in the second exhaust gas flow path upstream of the exhaust gas outlet.

An exhaust gas/reactant mixing assembly for an exhaust gas system of an internal combustion engine includes a mixing channel defining a longitudinal axis and extending in the direction thereof. A reactant delivery unit delivers reactant (R) into the mixing channel and an exhaust gas supply channel is arranged upstream of the mixing channel. The exhaust gas supply channel opens into the mixing channel at an opening channel region, wherein the opening channel region has at least two opening channel portions opening into the mixing channel.

The present invention relates to an exhaust gas cleaning device () of an exhaust system () of a combustion engine, more preferably of a motor vehicle, with a catalytic converter unit () having a catalytic converter support pipe () and at least one oxidation catalytic converter element () mounted in the catalytic converter support pipe (), and with a particle filter unit () having a particle filter support pipe () and at least one particle filter element () mounted in the particle filter support pipe (). A simple handling with simple construction can be achieved with a receiving pipe () in which one of the support pipes () is axially inserted, and with a clamp connection () which sets the receiving pipe (), the catalytic converter support pipe () and the particle filter support pipe () against one another.
