A cooling device includes an aluminum heat sink and at least one nickel sheet segment. The nickel sheet segment is connected to the aluminum heat sink by a solder layer. The cooling device includes a securing surface for securing and for heat absorption. The securing surface being formed by that side of the nickel sheet segment which faces away from aluminum heat sink. The aluminum heat sink is formed from a plurality of aluminum sheets which are stacked one above another and are connected to one another. At least one aluminum sheet includes cutouts which form a cooling channel covered by at least one of the aluminum sheets. Furthermore, a method for producing a cooling device and also a power circuit comprising a heat sink as described here are presented.

Cooling device, method for producing a cooling device and power circuit

The present disclosure relates to cooling devices. The teachings thereof may be embodied in methods for producing cooling devices and power circuits equipped with a cooling device. Embodiments may include cooling device having an aluminum cooling element; and at least one nickel metal sheet connected to the aluminum cooling element by a solder layer; wherein the cooling device includes a mounting surface formed by a side of the at least one nickel metal sheet facing away from the aluminum cooling element.

The disclosure relates to an electric machine having a stator, a rotor and an inverter arranged in an inverter housing. The rotor is rotatably mounted about a rotational axis with its rotor axis in a first end shield and in a second end shield. The second end shield is arranged in or on the inverter housing. At least one suction opening and at least one blowing opening are arranged on the radial periphery of the second end shield. At least two cooling fins are provided on the second end shield, a baffle is arranged between the cooling fins of the second end shield and the stator and the rotor which is arranged in the stator, such that a cooling medium flowing radially through the at least one suction opening is guided to the at least one blowing opening.

To improve coolant sealing or reduce the risks in the event of leakage for an electronic unit, e.g. an engine control unit, containing electric and/or electronic components which are disposed on an upper side of a thermally conductive electronic base plate and thermally coupled to the base plate, the base plate in turn being thermally coupled to a coolant passage, there is provided a particular configuration and arrangement of the components delimiting a coolant passage. Advantageously, the underside of the base plate can come into direct contact with a coolant ('direct cooling'). By making a ridge running in an annularly closed manner and being formed in one-piece with the base plate, coolant escaping from the coolant passage is prevented from passing directly to the underside of the base plate. Accordingly, the coolant passage may be sealed by a 'double sealing arrangement' on the underside of the base plate.
