Apparatus and methods for endometrial tissue identification

The present disclosure includes catheter systems and methods for treatment of occlusions, including coronary artery chronic total occlusions. The catheter system comprises a catheter coupled to a control system with a distal end inserted into a patient and proximal to a location within a blood vessel with an occlusion. The catheter comprises a flexible outer sheath surrounding a housing with a plurality of lumens to perform various functions to penetrate occlusions.

Methods and devices for forming droplets are provided. In certain embodiments, the methods and devices form droplets having different diameters. In particular embodiments, the device includes a fluid supply channel, a collection chamber, and one or more nozzles disposed between the fluid supply channel and the collection chamber. Each nozzle may include an inlet portion with a channel height, a first step with a first step height and a first tread length, and a second step with a second step height and a second tread length. In certain embodiments, the first step height is greater than the channel height, and the second step height is greater than the first step height.

Techniques are disclosed relating to analysis and reduction of crosstalk between signals. These techniques may be applicable in many fields, such as single-tube PCR or DNA melt analysis, PCR or melt data from neighboring wells of a multi-well plate, capillary electrophoresis data (e.g., DNA sequencing), gas chromatography, multispectral imaging, dual-color fluorescence correlation spectrometry, electrical crosstalk, etc. According to one embodiment, crosstalk between fluorescence signals from different species may be determined based on a correlation between the time derivatives of the fluorescence signals from the fluorescent species.
