A non-spill drinking cup system includes a container; a lid assembly that is removably attachable to the container, comprising an aperture; and a drinking tube, wherein the drinking tube extends through the aperture, the drinking tube including an open end, a closed end, and a side wall; and a drinking valve, wherein the drinking valve includes at least one elongate slit disposed within the side wall.

According to a first embodiment, a feeding bottle comprises a vessel, collar, and nipple. The nipple comprises a base portion, a teat portion, an areola portion allowing movement of the teat portion towards and away from the base portion. According to a second embodiment, a feeding bottle comprises a vessel, collar, nipple and handle portion removeably secured to the vessel by the collar. The invention includes a flexible region or regions to provide a more natural feeding by closely mimicking the human breast.

A teether is provided for infant use. The teether comprises an exterior portion and a mouthpiece wherein the mouthpiece includes a substantially U-shaped biting section comprising first and second arms extending from a central portion. At least part of said central portion is resiliently collapsible upon application of pressure thereto during use of the teether by an infant.

A non-spill drinking valve system includes a generally circular collar including a flange extending radially inwardly, an aperture defined by the flange and a circumferential drinking rim above the flange; and a flexible valve member removably attachable to the collar, comprising a first lip that engages with a lower face of the flange to create a liquid seal, and a second lip which engages with the drinking rim of the collar; wherein, when pressure is applied to the flexible valve member, the first lip is caused to disengage from the lower face of the flange and the second lip is caused to disengage from the drinking rim of the collar.

A non-spill drinking cup valve system () comprises a lid assembly () and a flexible valve member (). The flexible valve member () is removably attachable to the lid assembly (). The lid assembly () comprises a spout () having a drinking aperture () therein. The flexible valve member () comprises a protruding member () having a tip () and a drinking valve element () in the tip (), which, in use, controls fluid flow into the spout () and out of the drinking aperture (). The protruding member () and the spout () are of a complementary shape and, when the lid assembly () and the flexible valve member () are attached together, the protruding member () extends substantially into the spout ().

A teat for a baby product comprises a flexible wall which is collapsible and has first and second protrusions disposed on an inner face thereof. When a force is applied to the wall, portions of the wall are brought proximal to one another and a protrusion is arranged to contact the inner face of the wall.

A soother comprising a teat and a shield is constructed by co-molding the teat and the shield and over-molding the teat material on the shield material. As a result a secure bond is formed and a simple and easily cleanable soother is provided.

According to a first embodiment, a nipple for a feeding bottle or a soother comprises a base portion, a teat portion, an areola portion and a flex region allowing flexing of the teat portion towards and away from the areola portion. According to a second embodiment, a nipple for a feeding bottle or soother is provided with a helical flow formation on the inner face of the teat, which allows continuous flow of liquid even when the teat is collapsed via the helical flow path which allows extension at the teat, in particular rotational or torsional extension.

A feeding bottle () comprises a container (), a teat () and a collar () to screw the teat () onto and seal the container (). A vent assembly () is mounted between the teat () and the container () and includes a vent tube () passing down to a position close to the base of the container () and having a one way valve () allowing air to pass into the container () on application of suction to the teat () but preventing liquid flowing into the vent tube (), together with a valve flange () acting as an anti-choke member.
