A coaxial valve for regulating and blocking a fluid medium having a valve housing having at least one inlet opening, at least one outlet opening and a flow duct connecting the inlet opening to the outlet opening; a tubular valve sleeve disposed in an axially movable manner in a portion of the flow duct and having an inflow and an outflow opening for the medium, wherein the inflow and outflow openings open into the flow duct; a closure member disposed in the valve housing and arranged coaxially with the valve sleeve and configured to close the inflow opening; and a drive configured to axially move the valve sleeve and having an electric servomotor and a transmission part coupled between the servomotor and the valve sleeve, the transmission part configured to transmit an axial movement to the valve sleeve.

Coaxial valve with an electric drive

A coaxial valve includes a valve box having an inlet opening, an outlet opening, and a common flow channel. An axially movable cylindrical valve casing has an opening for a fluid inlet port and an opening for a fluid outlet port, both of which are joined up in the flow channel. A coaxially positioned shutoff mechanism located inside the valve box closes off the inlet port or the outlet port of the valve casing. To provide for axial movement, the valve casing has at least one external circular groove. The drive casing has at least one inner circular groove, which is adapted to the outer circular groove so that the inner and outer grooves are engaged, via inside ball bearings, to create a ball planetary gear and ball rotary spindle drive. The drive casing is turnable and forced to turn by a drive motor inside of the valve box.

Coaxial valve

A coaxial valve includes an actuating drive, a valve housing ( ), a valve sleeve ( ) that is longitudinally slidable in the valve housing ( ) between open and closed positions, and a closing body ( ) arranged coaxially at one end of the valve sleeve ( ). In the closed position, the valve sleeve seals against the closing body. In the open position, the valve sleeve is spaced from the closing body, to open a valve opening cross-section (V). The actuating drive includes an electric servomotor ( ) with a linear actuator ( ), and a transmission mechanism ( ) for transmitting the linear movement of the actuator to the valve sleeve. The transmission mechanism includes a rocker lever with a first end articulately connected to the linear actuator, a second end articulately connected to the valve housing, and a middle section articulately connected to the valve sleeve.

Coaxial valve with electric actuating drive

A releasing device for rocket fuel lines, arranged between a tank outlet and a shutoff valve, which releases the flow path at a defined, tank-side overpressure, with a piston-like bursting element. A disk is provided with a predetermined breaking point and with a clamping flange, as well as a guide rod that is rigidly attached to the disk, and a catching basket that is permeable to flow and fixes the disk in a positive-locking manner after rupture and axial movement. The bursting element is assembled by welding from two parts, namely, the disk with the clamping flange and the predetermined breaking point as one part, and the guide rod with the disk seat as the other part, the disk with the clamping flange is manufactured by machining from a cold-worked, weldable plate material with low breaking strength, the guide rod is manufactured by machining from the rod stock of which the disk was made or of a weldable material having a higher strength, and the predetermined breaking point is manufactured by machining as a one-sided notch on the side of the bursting element facing away from the tank.

Releasing means

A sealing arrangement for the sealing-off of metallic cylindrical bodies is disclosed, particularly for shafts in cryogenic valves which are surrounded by an essentially ring-shaped sealing device which cannot be glued to metal. The sealing device is surrounded by a ring which is arranged concentrically with respect to the shaft, consists of a metal alloy with shape memory characteristics and with a one-way characteristic and the interior shape of which is adapted to the exterior shape of the sealing device and which contracts when the transition temperature is exceeded.

Arrangement for the sealing-off of metallic cylindrical bodies

A linear drive is disclosed comprising a single-acting pneumatic piston cylinder unit, at least one spring which acts against the pneumatic force and loads the piston rod in the direction of one end position, and one form-locking pneumatic locking mechanism respectively for each of the two end positions of the piston rod. The locking mechanism comprises a locking link which can be locked from diametrical sides into one recess of the piston rod respectively; a first control piston which is rigidly connected with the locking link, a second larger control piston which is disposed in a longitudinally movable manner on a supporting tube rigidly connected with the locking link; a spring which presses the second control piston in the direction of its extreme end position; a stop for the second control piston which is fixed to the housing; a valve piston which is coupled in a springy and sealing manner with the second control piston and has a closable throttle duct and an open flow connection from the interior of the second control piston and of the valve piston to the pressure space of the piston cylinder unit.

Pneumatic linear drive comprising a locking mechanism for end positions

An arrangement is provided for the adjusting of a mounting part on a carrier in a statically determined position which can be adjusted in a rotatory and translatory manner in three axes with respect to the carrier. The arrangement comprises at least three adjusting units which are arranged in an offset manner with respect to one another between the carrier and the mounted part, each of which comprises two connecting parts which can be translatorily adjusted relative to one another in two axes and are constructed to be rotatorily in three axes as well as translatorily in one axis freely movable sloped to the adjusting plane of the connecting parts. The two connecting parts are adjustably coupled with one another by a double disk arrangement which comprises a primary disk which is disposed on one connecting part so that its rotating position can be adjusted in the adjusting plane of the connecting parts, and a secondary disk which is surrounded by the primary disk in the disk plane, which is disposed on the primary disk so that its rotating position can be adjusted about an axis (B) which is eccentric to the axis of rotation (A) of the primary disk, at which secondary disk the other connecting part is arranged at a distance from the axis of rotation of the secondary disk and is connected with the mounting part via a freely movable combined ball joint slide connection.
