A method for producing a conductive composite material for a battery such as a solid-state battery includes providing an ion-conducting electrolyte matrix that can be plasticized and that includes an ion-conducting first substance a base substance that can be plasticized and/or a polyelectrolyte; providing a second ion-conducting substance in the form of ion-conducting particles; introducing the ion-conducting particles into the electrolyte matrix to produce a mixture consisting of the ion-conducting particles and the electrolyte matrix; and homogenizing the mixture.

Method for producing a conductive composite material for a battery, and conductive composite material

Disclosed is a method for producing a porous orodispersible film, having the following steps: i) forming a suspension of a pharmaceutically acceptable solvent, a pharmaceutically acceptable matrix material, and a pharmaceutically acceptable binder, said solvent being selected such that the pharmaceutically acceptable matrix material substantially does not dissolve in it, whereas the pharmaceutically acceptable binder is dissolved in the solvent, ii) casting the suspension onto a neutral support, thereby forming a wet film, and iii) drying the wet film and obtaining a dry film. The films produced in this manner have a closed surface on the lower face whereas the upper face is porous, thereby allowing the application of a pharmaceutically active ingredient in the form of a suspension or a solution for example. This allows the active ingredient quantity to be adjusted individually to the particular application and produces a film base material which is suitable for the application of different active ingredients.

Structured orodispersible films

A method for retrieving active material from a galvanic cell is provided. The galvanic cell includes an active material, a support for the active material and a binder for bonding the active material and the support. The method includes the following steps: (a) crushing the cells, in particular under inert gas or in a vacuum, so that solid cell fragments are also formed, (b) heating the solid cell fragments up to the decomposition temperature (T), which is high enough to make the binder decompose so that it loses its binding properties, preferably under inert gas or in a vacuum, such that heat treated cell fragmented are formed, and (c) classifying the heat treated cell fragments, whereby (d) the classifying comprises air jet sieving and (e) the air jet sieving is carried out in such a way that the active material is separated from the support.
