A planetary carrier includes a first hub having an adjoining first sealing wall and a second hub having an adjoining second sealing wall. The first and second sealing walls are arranged opposite each other. The planetary carrier has a web for connecting the first sealing wall to the second sealing wall. A greatest material accumulation of the planetary carrier, at which a greatest Heuvers element of the planetary carrier is located, is radially outside in a region of a transition from the web to the first sealing wall.

Planetary carrier, casting method and planetary gearing

A wind turbine transmission includes a high-speed spur gear stage which includes a HSS spur gear and an HSS pinion meshing therewith on a HSS pinion shaft. The HSS spur gear is directly mounted in a transmission housing of the wind turbine transmission. A sun gear shaft of a transmission stage, which is mounted upstream of the high-speed spur gear stage, is directly coupled to the HSS spur gear.

A planetary gear includes a housing, a first gear stage having a first planet gear carrier, a bearing disposed on a wall of the housing, and a first shaft connected to the first planet gear carrier for torque transmission and supported in the bearing. The planetary gear further includes a second gear stage having a second planet gear carrier connected to a sun gear shaft of the first gear stage for torque transmission. The second planet gear carrier is supported in at least one of two ways, a first way in which the second planet gear carrier is supported in an axially inner bearing arranged on the first planet gear carrier, a second way in which the second planet gear carrier is supported in an axially outer bearing arranged in the wall of the housing.

A planetary carrier includes an input-side hub, an input-side outer leg, an output-side leg including an output-side axle seat for receiving an output-side end of a planetary axle, a web connecting the input-side outer leg with the output-side leg and an input-side inner leg arranged in parallel to the input-side outer leg. The input-side inner leg includes an input-side axle seat for receiving an input-side end of the planetary axle.

Planetary carrier

A planetary axle for a planetary gearbox can be constructed analogously to a transverse link axle and/or a thrust/flexural link axle and/or a longitudinal link axle for use in the automotive industry. The planetary axle includes a clamping area for clamping of the planetary axle in a side of a planetary carrier, a bearing seat area for receiving a planetary bearing, and a link area disposed between the clamping area and the bearing seat area.

The invention relates to a process for producing a large transmission gearwheel () consisting of a plurality of individual components, said process comprising the successive steps of: providing the individual components, which include at least one hub (), a disc wheel () and a toothed ring () produced from case-hardened steel; at least partially mechanically soft machining the individual components; joining the individual components using a beam welding process; case hardening the individual components which have been joined to one another, and hard machining at least the toothed ring (). The invention furthermore relates to a large transmission gearwheel produced by such a process.

A planetary gearbox includes a gearbox housing, a sunwheel rotatable in the housing about a central gearbox axis and having outer teeth, a ringwheel arranged concentrically to the central gearbox axis within the housing and having inner teeth, a planet gear carrier rotatable in the gearbox housing about the central gearbox axis, and a plurality of planet gears mounted on the planet gear carrier for rotation about corresponding planetary gear pins and having outer teeth meshing with the inner teeth on the ringwheel and the outer teeth of the sunwheel. At least one segmented radial sliding bearing supports the planet gear carrier on the gearbox housing and includes a plurality of circumferentially spaced-apart radial sliding bearing segments positioned radially outside the planetary gear pins so that the planet gear carrier is supported by the radial sliding bearing at a position located radially outside the planetary gear pins.

A method for identifying possible damage in a toothed transmission stage having at least one pair of engagement toothed wheels includes measuring with a vibration transducer an oscillation signal corresponding to oscillations produced by a rolling and impact motion when teeth of a pair of the toothed wheels mesh under load during operation of the transmission stage, comparing the oscillation signal with a calibration oscillation signal, determining a torque acting on the transmission stage from a difference between the oscillation signal and the calibration oscillation signal, and evaluating the measured oscillation signal commensurate with the determined torque to identify the possible damage to the transmission stage.

A drive system has a transmission unit with planetary gear stage and a first shaft associated with a planetary carrier and having a coupling flange connectable to a machine or rotor shaft. The transmission unit and a motor/generator unit includes a rotor connected with a rotation-lock to a hollow rotor shaft which is connected to a second shaft of the transmission unit and enclosed by a gearbox housing. A coupling is arranged radially between the second shaft and the hollow rotor shaft. A gearbox housing support with a hollow cylindrical extension is arranged between the transmission unit and the motor/generator unit. The cylindrical extension concentrically encloses an end section of the second shaft and forms a bearing seat for a bearing arrangement disposed radially between the second shaft and the cylindrical extension. The hollow cylindrical extension is concentrically enclosed by the rotor and the hollow rotor shaft.

Drive system for a wind turbine

A drive system having an integrated transmission and motor/generator unit for a wind turbine includes a transmission output shaft designed as a hollow shaft, which receives a sun shaft of an output-side planetary gear stage and is connected thereto. The transmission output shaft comprises a transmission-side end section of an insert shaft which is concentrically arranged within a rotor hollow shaft. The transmission output shaft additionally has a bearing for receiving radial and axial forces. The motor/generator unit has two dedicated bearings. One bearing thereof is a transmission-side bearing. In addition, a rear-side generator bearing is provided.

A drive system for a wind turbine includes a transmission unit with a planet wheel stage. A coupling flange on a first shaft of the transmission unit can be connected to a driven machine shaft or rotor shaft which is mounted above a planet carrier. The transmission unit and a motor/generator unit connected with a second shaft of the transmission unit are enclosed by a gear case. A rotor of the motor/generator unit is connected to a hollow rotor shaft which surrounds an end section of the second shaft and is connected to the end section via an interior coupling or clamping connection. A connecting-piece is arranged between the transmission unit and the motor/generator unit, and concentrically surrounds a transmission-side end section of the rotor shaft, forming a bearing seat for the rotor shaft, which also supports the second shaft of the transmission unit.

A drive system has a transmission unit comprising at least one planet wheel stage, which has a hollow wheel, several planet wheels, a planet carrier and a sun wheel. Furthermore, a first shaft associated with the transmission unit is provided, which has a coupling flange that can be connected to a work machine shaft or rotor shaft and is mounted via the planet carrier. The transmission unit and a motor unit or generator unit connected to a second shaft of the transmission unit are enclosed by a gear housing which has a cardanic circumferentially symmetric or partially symmetric suspension for connection to a supporting structural element of the wind turbine.

Torque can be detected in a transmission by using at least one vibration sensor to detect at least one vibration signal which is associated with a tooth engagement frequency of intermeshing transmission toothings, and the phase shift of which is dependent on at least one tooth engagement duration of the intermeshing transmission toothings. The tooth engagement duration is torque-dependent as a result of toothing deformations. A torque acting on the transmission is determined from the phase shift of the detected vibration signal and/or of the at least one tooth engagement duration.

A drive system has a gear unit with planetary gear stage with a planetary gear carrier. A first shaft associated with the gear unit has a coupling flange connectable to the shaft of a working machine or a rotor and is supported by the planetary gear carrier. The gear unit and a motor/generator unit connected to a second shaft of the gear unit are enclosed by a gearbox. The motor/generator unit additionally includes a rotor connected to a hollow rotor shaft with a rotation lock. An electrically isolating, detachable flange connection is disposed between the rotor shaft and the second shaft, with the gear-side end of the detachable flange connection connected to a hollow gear shaft. A gearbox stub which concentrically encloses a gear-side end section of the gear shaft is disposed between gear unit and motor or generator unit and forms a bearing seat for the second shaft.

A planetary gear mechanism for a wind power plant includes a sun gear, an internal gear and a planetary carrier with planetary gears supported by radial and axial slide bearings. The radial slide bearings include a sleeve made of a slide bearing material and attached as an inner ring to a planetary gear shaft or mounted as an outer ring in a bore in a planetary gear. An outer bearing ring cooperating with the inner ring is formed by the bore in the planetary gear, or an inner bearing ring cooperating with the outer ring is formed by the planetary gear shaft. A slide bearing material of a first bearing element of the axial slide bearings is applied between a planetary carrier cheek and an end side of a planetary gear. The end side of the planetary gear or the planetary carrier cheek forms a corresponding cooperating second bearing element.
