The container includes a hollow cylindrical body having an open end and a dead end opposite to the open end. The dead end is closed by a bottom portion. The hollow cylindrical body and the bottom portion are formed integrally and of the same material. The bottom portion transitions into the hollow cylindrical body via a curved heel that is defined by an outer radius r, an inner radius rand a thickness din a center portion of the curved heel, wherein the following condition is fulfilled: r+d−r>0 mm.

The hollow cylindrical body and the bottom portion are formed integrally and of the same material, which is a glass or polymer material. The plunger is inside the hollow cylindrical body at the open end, is pierceable by a cannula, and is slidable relative to the hollow cylindrical body from the open end towards the closed end.

The receptacles have in each case one or two widened clearances having a dimension which is greater than the width of a gap between the containers received in the receptacles and side walls of the receptacles in the regions other than the widened clearances. The widened clearances additionally make available space for access to containers or devices which are received in the receptacles for handling thereof.

A transport packaging includes a tray formation which is configured to hold a plurality of containers with mutual separation to avoid mutual contact of the containers. The tray formation includes a first tray part having a plurality of pockets configured to receive first ends of the containers and a second tray part removably coupled to the first tray part and having a corresponding plurality of pockets configured to receive second ends of the containers. The first tray part is formed such that, when the second tray part is removed so that the second ends of the containers are free from the pockets of the second tray part, the free second ends of the containers are free to be brought into mutual contact while the first ends of the containers are still received in the pockets of the first tray part.

A device is provided that accommodates elongate receptacles and charges. The device includes a superior surface, a first positioning device, a detaining device, and either a pusher or a second positioning device. The first positioning device is adapted and arranged to accommodate a pairing of a charge and a corresponding elongate receptacle. The pusher is moveable along a direction towards the superior surface to introduce the charge into the elongate receptacle. The second positioning device accommodates the pusher with the second positioning device and the pusher being moveable along the direction towards the superior surface to introduce the charge into the elongate receptacle. The detaining device limits the extent of movement of the pusher towards the superior surface.

The centering elements have a beveled configuration and protruding into the receptacles in order to reduce a width of the receptacles at the lower ends thereof in a funnel shape.

The present disclosure relates to a supporting structure for concurrently supporting a plurality of containers for substances for pharmaceutical, medical or cosmetic applications, having a plurality of receptacles for accommodating the containers therein at least partially. Each of the receptacles has an open upper end for inserting the containers into the receptacles and a lower end having a retaining portion for delimiting an axial movement of the containers in the receptacles. Guiding portions are provided for guiding the containers into the receptacles during insertion. The guiding portions can have upper guiding and positioning portions close to the upper ends of the receptacles and lower guiding and positioning portions close to the lower ends of the receptacles, which are formed separately from each other and delimit a radial movement of the containers in the receptacles.
