A magnet arrangement arranged radially around a sample volume generates a changing magnetic field B with a z-direction component. A circuit board arrangement () is arranged radially within the magnet arrangement and has electrical conductor tracks () divided into conductor track sections (), at least two adjoining ones of which form a structure section (a,b) spanning an area (A, A). For each conductor track (), two structure sections (a,b) respectively form a structure section pair (), wherein the conductor tracks are arranged on the circuit board arrangement () such that equal and opposite voltages and/or currents are induced by a change in the magnetic field B of the magnet arrangement in the two structure sections of each structure section pair. As a result, eddy currents and resultant interference in the circuit board and the components thereof are avoided or at least minimized.

An SiPM sensor chip includes pixels consisting of microcells Z, each pixel being associated with an xy position x1, x2, x3, . . . , xN or y1, y2, y3, . . . yM. A plurality of pixels form a block, and the microcells are connected to output channels for a linear coding.

Sensor chip

A hybrid imaging apparatus includes a magnetic resonance imaging (MM) arrangement having an RF resonator structure () and a gradient coil system () having a longitudinal axis, an emission tomography (ET) arrangement with a detector device having at least one photosensor () and one circuit board arrangement with at least one readout circuit board () on which an ET electronics is arranged, and an internal shielding device () shielding the readout electronics () of the ET arrangement and shielding the RF resonator structure of the MRI arrangement. The photosensor is arranged, in relation to the longitudinal axis, radially inside the sensor circuit boards and radially outside the RF resonator structure. The internal shielding device is arranged radially outside the photosensor and/or integrated into the photosensor. This achieves both a compact design and optimized performance of the detection of the MR and ET imaging.

Hybrid imaging apparatus

A SiPM sensor chip with a plurality of pixels includes a photodiode; a quench resistor; and a current divider configured to divide the photocurrent of the photodiodes into two currents of equal size. The current divider Sq,nm or Snm lead to networks NS,h,n and NS,V,m, each of which leads to additional current dividers Sh,n and Sv m having coding resistors Rh,A,n and Rh,B,n, and Rv,c,m and Rv D m, which are linearly coded and which lead to output channels A, B, C, D, with these sensor features being integrated into the sensor chip. The networks Ns,h,n and/or NSiVlm each lead to a summation network Oh and/or Ov, in which the signals of the networks Ns,h,n and/or NS,v,m are merged via summation resistors Rs,h,n and Rs,v,m, respectively, and lead to the output channels E and/or F.

SIPM sensor chip

A method for photosensor signal processing includes carrying out, by measuring a combination of readout channels of a direction e with linearly increasing and linearly decreasing signal strength, a linear coding in at least one e-direction. The linearly increasing and linearly decreasing signal strengths of readout channels of the direction e, which are respectively used for the linear coding, are multiplied by each other. The linear coding satisfies the following edge condition: Q(e)=c&#xb7;e+c, Q(e)=c&#xb7;e+c, c=const. &#x2208;(0, &#x221e;), c=const. &#x2208;(&#x2212;&#x221e;, 0), c, c=const. &#x2208;(&#x2212;&#x221e;, &#x221e;), and 0.5&#x3c;c; c&#x3c;1.5. Q1 denotes the charge of the output channel signal strengths increasing via the e-position, and Q2 denotes the charge of the output channel signal strengths decreasing via the e-position and the coding direction.
