The present invention relates to a composition comprising arginine, at least one silicate, at least one alkanolamine, and optionally aqueous ammonia and/or at least one compound which generates aqueous ammonia. The composition further comprises at least one thickening agent chosen from non-associative cellulose polymers, anionic associative polymers, non-ionic associative polymers, and their mixtures. The invention also relates to a method for the treatment of keratin fibres, in particular human keratin fibres, such as the hair, comprising the application of at least one composition according to the invention; and also to the use of the composition according to the invention for the treatment of said keratin fibres, and in particular for the oxidation dyeing and/or the bleaching of the latter.

The present invention relates to a composition for dyeing keratin fibres, in particular keratin fibres such as the hair, comprising: at least one oxidation base 3-(2,5-diaminophenyl)-1-propanol and/or acid salts thereof and/or solvates thereof such as hydrates; at least one particular coupler; optionally at least one fatty substance; optionally at least one basifying agent; and optionally at least one chemical oxidizing agent. Disclosed herein is a device having one or more compartments, for dyeing keratin fibers, wherein a first compartment contains a dye composition free of oxidizing agent, comprising at least one hair dye and at least one polycondensate of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide, and optionally a second compartment contains an oxidizing composition. Also disclosed is an agent for dyeing and/or bleaching keratin fibers, obtained by mixing a composition A comprising at least one alkaline agent with a composition B comprising at least one oxidizing agent, compositions A and/or B comprising at least one fatty substance free of carboxylic acid groups, at least one polycondensate of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide, and a system of nonionic surfactants, with a weighted HLB of greater than or equal to 8, the amount of fatty substance being greater than 20% of the total weight of the dyeing and/or bleaching agent.
