A method for producing an automotive equipment part includes the following steps: arranging a porous layer in a foaming mold; injection, on one side of the porous layer, of a foam precursor; expansion of the precursor material to form a foam base layer bonded to the porous layer; and extraction from the mold of the equipment part including the porous layer and the foam base layer bonded to the porous layer. The method further includes a step for injecting a pressurized fluid on a second side of the porous layer to form a counter-pressure to the expansion of the precursor material.

Method for producing an automotive equipment part and associated part

An object holder assembly in a vehicle that includes a floor having a metal layer and an upper face intended to support at least one object. The vehicle includes at least one trunk separator having a base able to be applied on the floor and a separating partition. The separator includes a fastening device having an active configuration in which the fastening device is able to fasten the base on the floor when a lower face of the base is in contact with the upper face of the floor and a released configuration of the separator. The separator has a control member for the fastening device, able to be actuated between a locking position, in which the control member activates the fastening device, and an unlocking position. The fastening device has a movable magnet able to cooperate with the floor in the active configuration.

Object holder assembly in a vehicle

This assembly includes an elastic and porous base spring layer intended to be placed facing a surface, in particular of an automobile vehicle, and an intermediate insulation layer impervious to the passage of air, the intermediate layer being positioned on the base spring layer. The airproof intermediate layer has a surface mass density of less than 500 g/m, the sound proofing assembly including a porous stiffening layer, positioned in contact with the impervious intermediate layer. The porous stiffening layer has a smaller thickness than the thickness of the base spring layer and a flexural stiffness, reduced to a unit width, of more than 0.01 N.m.

Soundproofing assembly, in particular for a motor vehicle

The assembly comprises a base spring layer made with a base of a resilient porous material, and the base spring layer being intended to be placed opposite a surface of the automobile. It comprises a stiffening layer arranged above the base spring layer and having a surface density greater than 250 g/mand at least one resilient porous upper layer arranged on the stiffening layer. The stiffening layer is made with a base of a dense porous material having a resistance to air flow strictly greater than 2000 N&#xb7;m&#xb7;s. The assembly advantageously has an upper resistive layer.

A soundproofing assembly includes stacked layers in the form of a first set of layers () having good resistance to the passage of air, and a second set of layers () with mass-spring function including a layer () having a heavy viscoelastic mass and a spring type layer (); the first set of layers includes a layer () of a foam with open cells of high porosity, high tortuosity and good resistance to the passage of air, the layer () having, owing to its high tortuosity, excellent sonic absorption properties at medium and high frequencies. The invention is useful for soundproofing motor car passenger compartments.

Soundproofing assembly, use for soundproofing enclosed spaces, and method for making same

A soundproofing assembly intended, in particular, to soundproof a motor vehicle. The inventive assembly includes four stacked layers, consisting respectively of: a first layer having an air resistance of between 500 and 2,000 N&#xb7;m&#x2212;3.s; a second porous, acoustic spring-type layer having a resistivity of between 10,000 N&#xb7;m&#x2212;4.s and 50,000 N&#xb7;m&#x2212;4.s; a third viscoelastic, airtight, heavy mass-type layer having a density that is greater than or equal to 1,500 Kg/m3 and a surface density of between 0.2 Kg/m2 and 9 Kg/m2; and a fourth porous, acoustic spring-type layer having a resistivity of between 10,000 N&#xb7;m&#x2212;4.s and 50,000 N&#xb7;m&#x2212;4.s.
