A reciprocating closing element () is arranged in the interior space (), which interacts with a valve seat () for opening or closing at least one passage channel (). Furthermore, the metering valve () comprises a nozzle (), the at least one passage channel () being formed in the nozzle () and the passage channel () having a circular-cylindrical portion.
