A valve drive with a snap function includes a rotary drive input, a lead screw connected to or formed by the rotary drive input, a slide in threaded engagement with the lead screw to form a screw thread, the slide being mechanically connected or connectable to a valve body and being movable in the direction of a longitudinal axis. A bearing housing is provided in which the lead screw is mounted so as to be rotatable about the longitudinal axis and stationary in the direction of the longitudinal axis. The bearing housing is held against a displacement along the longitudinal axis by a releasable locking device, countering the preload force of a snap spring.

Valve drive with snap function

A hydraulic drive for executing a linear movement includes a motor, a pump, a lifting cylinder having the one linearly movable piston and a cylinder housing with at least one first connection and at least one second connection, a spring arranged such that the piston can be extended or retracted when the spring is in the relaxed state, and at least one first valve with which the first connection and the second connection of the cylinder housing can be fluidly connected. At least one second valve connected in parallel with the first valve is further provided, wherein the first valve has a maximum volumetric throughflow which is greater than the maximum volumetric through-flow of the second valve.

Hydraulic drive for executing a linear movement

An electromagnetic drive for implementing a linear motion includes an electromagnet having a coil, a core and an armature able to move linearly along a symmetrical axis of the core, wherein an air gap is formed between the core and the armature. With the objective of providing for simple, compact, cost-effective and flexible use of the electromagnetic drive in high-pressure systems as well as a concurrent exact positioning of the piston at any given position at optimized extension speed, it is provided for the air gap to exhibit a base and two limbs running symmetrically to the symmetrical axis as well as an essentially frustoconical cross-section in longitudinal section and for the limbs to be arranged relative to the symmetrical axis of the core so as to form an angle &#x3b1;.

Electromagnetic actuating drive for carrying out a linear movement

An electrohydraulic valve assembly having an inflow channel, a working channel and an outflow channel, including first and second valves each having a magnetic regulating device for applying a regulated activation force to the respective valve. The valves are arranged in parallel so that either can provide the hydraulic connection between the inflow, working and outflow channels. In the case of error detection, the active valve is deactivated and the until then passive valve is activated and vice-versa. The deactivating of a valve device moves the valve piston to a hydraulic neutral position by means of a second stage.

Redundant electrohydraulic valve system

The invention relates to an electromechanical drive for actuating valves, especially in steam turbines including an electromotor, a linear unit, a clutch and an electronic control unit. The linear unit includes a piston rod which is guided in a power-transmission thread of a screw nut, and is arranged, at least in sections, as a spindle and is displaceable along its longitudinal axis for actuating the valve in the screw nut with the power-transmission thread. The clutch is arranged for transmitting a rotational movement of the motor axis of the electromotor onto the piston rod. The electronic control unit is set up to control the speed and/or rotor position of the motor axis of the electromotor depending on a control signal and an output signal of a position pick-up of the position of the piston rod in the screw nut with power-transmission thread, and/or to control the engagement and/or disengagement of the clutch depending on the control signal.
