A method is provided for producing a homogenous particulate material composition, including at least one particulate material M, at least one additive Z, and at least one binding agent B, the method including providing at least one particulate material M, at least one additive Z, and at least one binding agent B; producing a homogenous mixture G1 from the at least one particulate material M and the at least one additive Z in a gravity mixer; producing a mixture G2 from the mixture G1 and the at least one binding agent B, with the introduction of shear forces; and removing dispersed gases from the mixture G2.

A piezoceramic actuator includes a monolithic stack of thin piezoceramic films having internal electrodes arranged between the films, and rail-like elements electrochemically shaped onto the internal electrodes on outer sides of the stack. The internal electrodes can thereby be interconnected, via a suitable conductive element, in electrically conductive fashion at a certain distance from the side edges of the piezoceramic films so that these films form a continuous planar electrically conductive ribbon.

A swirl disk is composed of at least one metallic material, and is configured as having at least one intake area and at least one outlet orifice, the at least one outlet orifice being introduced in a lower base layer, and having at least two swirl channels emptying into a swirl chamber, the swirl chamber being provided in a central swirl-producing layer. An upper layer is configured as a cover layer, which over its entire cross-sectional surface represents a closed layer without orifice contours. All the layers of the swirl disk are directly built up on top of each other using electroplating metal deposition (multilayer electroplating). The swirl disk is suitable for a use in a fuel injection valve, in particular in a high-pressure injection valve for directly injecting the fuel into a combustion chamber of a mixture-compressing, external-ignition internal combustion engine.

Micromechanical component and a method for its production having vertically arranged layers made of metallic materials, with the layers adhering firmly to one another at least in part. The layers of the micromechanical component are attached to each other via intermediate layers, with the intermediate layers being at least one sputtered layer which can be applied in the form of a metallic start plating to the underlying layer, which includes metallic and nonmetallic areas, and to which an upper metallic electroplated layer can be applied. Upon their completion, the layers yield the micromechanical component with layers that adhere to one another or layers which can be partially detached from one another.
