An optical sensor includes a transmitter that emits light rays. Transmitting optics are installed downstream of the transmitter. An adjustment device is operatively arranged for reversibly adjusting, in three spatial directions, the relative position of the transmitter and the transmitting optics. A receiver receives light rays. An evaluation unit evaluates the received signals that are present at the receiver output.

Optical sensor

An optoelectronic device for detecting labels with defined contrast patterns includes a transmitter for emitting light rays, a receiver for receiving light rays, as well as a deflection unit with a motor-driven polygonal mirror wheel. The transmitted light rays and the received light rays are guided over the polygonal mirror wheel in order to scan the labels and reassemble the label-reflected received light rays, respectively. The device furthermore is provided with an evaluation unit for evaluating electrical receiving signals converted from received light rays at the receiver. The motor for driving the polygonal mirror wheel has a drive shaft and is provided with a magnet that is an injection-molded part, which is formed onto the shaft and operates jointly with at least one coil.

Optoelectronic device

An optoelectronic device for detecting markings provided with contrasting patterns includes a transmitter for emitting light rays and a receiver for receiving light rays, a deflection unit for guiding the transmitting light rays periodically across a monitoring range, and an evaluation unit for evaluating the receiving signals present at the output of receiver. The receiver is positioned inside a light-impermeable insert, which is provided with channel structures extending in the direction of the optical axis of the receiver. The receiving light rays that are reflected by the deflection unit are guided inside these channel structures toward the receiver.

An optoelectronic device detects labels provided with contrasting patterns. A transmitter emits light rays, and a receiver receives the light rays. The receiver includes a receiver output for outputting receiver signals. A reflecting unit periodically guides the light rays within a monitoring range. The object can be introduced into the detection range for detecting the markings on the object.
