A turbomolecular pump including a plurality of rotor and stator discs alternatingly arranged with each other, a plurality of spacer rings for spacing the stator discs from each other, and at least one elastically deformable metallic member arranged between at least two spacer rings, with the stator discs, the spacer rings, and the elastically deformable metallic member forming together a stator stack.

Turbomolecular pump

A vacuum pump including suction and discharge regions, two gas friction pumps arranged on opposite side of the suction region and parallel to each other and each having at least one stage and a discharge region channels connecting the discharge regions and providing for gas flow from the discharge regions into a common discharge region of the two gas friction pumps, and a multi-stage pump located downstream of both gas friction pumps for compressing the gas flowing through the multi-state pump and having a suction region and a discharge region connected with the discharge region of the vacuum pump, with gas flowing into the suction region from the common discharge region of the two gas friction pumps.

An apparatus for connecting a vacuum pump stand with an electronic tube and including guide rails along which guide rolls mounted on the stand suction flange are displaced upon movement of the suction flange toward the electronic tube, and pivotal levers connected with the guide rails and supporting roller mounts of rollers for centering the electronic tube neck, with the suction flange including a gasket ring into which the electronic tube exhaust tube, which projects from the tube neck, extends in the upper end position of the suction flange, and with the guide rails having a variable profile such that the levers move, upon the upward displacement of the suction flange, from a position, in which the centering rollers are spaced from the electronic tube neck, into a position in which the centering rollers firmly engage the electronic tube neck, and then back into a position in which the centering rollers are again spaced from the electronic tube neck.

Apparatus for connecting a vacuum pump stand with an electronic tube

An arrangement for vacuum-tight sealing of electron tubes is provided with a vacuum pipe system which is connected to the electron tube by a tubularly-shaped connecting element. The connecting element is sealed in a vacuum-tight manner by a special thermal seal-off or melt-down unit after the electron tube has been evacuated. The thermal seal-off or melt-down unit is provided with a heating coil which is embraced by a component. The component is provided with an arresting element so that the component can be easily removed from the thermal seal-off or melt-down unit.

Arrangement for vacuum-tight sealing of electron tubes

A pump for conveying liquids and gases is formed by a drive motor having a stator (1) and a rotor (2). Helically shaped conveying grooves (3) are formed in the rotor (2) so that the rotor also serves as the shaft for the pump.
