Clamping connection for mounting plate-like components, in particular solar modules

An elastic mounting apparatus for vibration-decoupled mounting of a turbocharger housing on an internal combustion engine. The mounting apparatus includes a clamping element with two spring elements arranged in a functionally serial relationship. The clamping element joins the housing and the internal combustion engine so as to allow relative vibration between the two. The first spring element includes an annular spring member made of elastomeric material and a second spring element formed by at least one disk spring. The clamping element is penetrated by a clamping screw, and the disk spring can be compressed by the clamping screw in such a way that its spring rate, after compression to the intended preload, is substantially zero. The housing is configured as a turbocharger housing with at least one intake pipe. The intake pipe is braced in a vibration-decoupled and sealing manner on the cylinder head of the internal combustion engine by a sealing element made of an elastomeric material. The clamping screw is threadable into the crankcase of the internal combustion engine. The disk spring includes a disk spring packet with at least four individual springs oriented opposite to one another.

An elastic bearing includes a support and a thrust bearing. Each is provided with a fastening element and each are braced against each other by at least one elastic spring element of an elastomeric material and at least one damping device. The support includes a supporting body made of a tough material, which extends essentially transverse to the direction of the introduced vibrations. The thrust bearing includes a drum-shaped housing which essentially encloses the supporting body on all sides. The supporting body is adjoined by at least one ring-shaped damping element made of an elastomeric material which, under static preloading of the bearing, abuts on the front-side inner surfaces of the housing in a substantially stress-free manner. In the cylindrical recess of the damping element at least one elastic spring element is arranged axially on both sides of the supporting body. The elastic spring elements, under axial prestressing, are braced between the surface of the supporting body and the respective adjacent front-side inner surface of the housing.

Elastic bearing

An elastic mounting apparatus for vibration-decoupled mounting of a housing on an internal combustion engine is disclosed. The mounting apparatus includes a clamping element with two spring elements arranged in a functionally serial relationship. The clamping element joins the housing and the internal combustion engine another so as to allow relative vibration. The first spring element includes an annular spring member made of an elastomeric material. A second spring element is formed by at least one disk spring, such that the clamping element is penetrated by a clamping screw, and such that the disk spring can be compressed by the clamping screw in such a way that its spring rate, after compression to the intended preload, is substantially zero. The housing is configured as a turbocharger housing with at least one intake pipe, such that the intake pipe has at one end, on the side facing the cylinder head of the internal combustion engine, an intake pipe flange that is braced in a sealing and vibration-decoupled manner against the cylinder head by an annular sealing element made of elastomeric material.

An active positioning element for a rubber mount, including a space surrounded by a housing, a positioning member and a working member which is designed as a spring element arranged within the space. The positioning member and the working member are movable back and forth in the direction of oscillations introduced into the rubber mount, and the positioning member is sealed in the housing. The positioning member is formed by a gas pressure spring which can be acted on by gas under pressure, the gas pressure spring comprising at least one piston-cylinder unit which has a roller membrane for sealing the piston off from the housing. The spring element is formed by a compression spring which, in the direction of the oscillations introduced, rests under elastic initial stress, on one side against the positioning member and on another side against the support bearing of the rubber mount.

A resilient connecting device between an internal combustion engine and an intake pipe thereof comprises an annular cushion of resilient material and two mounting elements that are coaxial with it and fastened to the components being connected. The cushion is axially demarcated at each face by supporting surfaces that extend essentially perpendicular to its axis. The mounting elements overlap and contact the supporting surfaces. A cup spring, made of a material that does not creep, is aligned with the ring.

A flexible bearing for supporting a body, in particular, for supporting an internal-combustion engine, includes a journal bearing that may be attached to a supporting foundation and a support that may be attached to the engine. An elastic spring is connected between the journal bearing and the support while a bearing spring made of a non-creeping material is connected between the journal bearing and the support in parallel with the elastic spring. The bearing spring comprises at least one disk spring having an S-shaped spring constant curve. The disk spring and the elastic spring have load carrying capacities such that, after the weight of the body to be supported is applied to the flexible bearing, the spring rate of the disk spring is essentially zero and the rubber spring is essentially free of elastic tensions.
