A pressure relief valve for a gas pressure regulator includes: a deformable and gas-tight, laminar element; an outflow channel that allows the passage of the gas between one side and the other of the laminar element including a precisely-sized hole; a shutter removably associated with the laminar element through a coupler that defines, for the shutter, a closed position of the outflow channel and an open position of the outflow channel; an elastic element interposed between the shutter and the laminar element in order to push the shutter towards the closed position. The couple includes a through hole belonging to the laminar element and a shaft slidingly inserted in the through hole, and the shutter is operatively connected to the shaft. The outflow channel is distinct from the through hole, as sealing is provided to prevent the passage of the gas between the through hole and the shaft.

Setting device for a pressure regulator includes a tubular casing developing according to a longitudinal axis (X) and in which there are a movable body, a sliding setting plate and a spring interposed between them; an adjusting unit suited to adjust the position of the setting plate and having a first rotating shaft connected to the setting plate through a screw mechanism which converts opposite rotations of the first shaft into corresponding opposite movements of the setting plate along the longitudinal axis (X), and an electric motor powered by a control device and provided with a second shaft constrained to the first shaft. The control device includes two different input lines to receive corresponding electric signals and an output line to supply power to the electric motor and is configured to transmit an electric pulse emitted by any of the input lines to the output line with polarity depending on the input line which emitted the electric pulse.

A pressure regulating system that is suited to regulate the pressure of a gas includes a regulating device suited to regulate the pressure of a first gas stream, provided with an inlet for the gas at a supply pressure and with an outlet for the gas at a regulated pressure that is lower than the supply pressure; a vortex tube suited to receive a gas stream through an inlet, separate it into a hot portion and a cold portion and deliver the hot and cold portions through corresponding outlets; a heat exchanger coupled with the vortex tube in order to heat the first gas stream before it flows into the regulating device; a recovery duct suited to collect a first portion of the first gas stream at a collection point located downstream of the heat exchanger and to convey it to the inlet of the vortex tube.

The invention is a gas vent valve () for a gas pressure regulator (), comprising: a tubular body () developed between two opposite openings (); a shutter body () biased towards a position in which a first opening () of the tubular body () is closed and movable from the closed position towards an open position for opening the first opening () due to the effect of a pressure acting from the outside of the tubular body () through the first opening (); constraining means () configured so as to prevent the movement of the shutter body () from the closed position towards the open position when the ambient temperature exceeds a predefined value.
