Various implementations described herein are directed to a device having memory circuitry having multi-port bitcells, wherein each bitcell of the multi-port bitcells has a read-write port and a read port. The device may have read-write circuitry coupled to the read-write port, wherein the read-write circuitry has write-drive logic and read-sense logic that provide for at least one write and at least one read in a single clock cycle.

Multi-port memory architecture

A turbine combustor section has a flow conditioner including a plurality of conduits arranged to convey pressurized air to an air chamber for entrance into a plurality of fuel nozzles. Each conduit includes an inlet configured to receive the pressurized air from an annular passage and an outlet configured to deliver the pressurized air to the air chamber. A cross-sectional area of each conduit varies between the inlet and the outlet so as to reduce a pressure drop across the flow conditioner.

A wake reducing structure for a turbine system includes a combustor liner having an inner surface and an outer surface, the inner surface defining a combustor chamber. Also included is an airflow path located along the outer surface of the combustor liner. Further included is a wake generating component disposed in the airflow path and proximate the combustor liner, wherein the wake generating component generates a wake region located downstream of the wake generating component. Yet further included is an airfoil at least partially disposed in the wake region, the airfoil comprising at least one airfoil hole.

Wake reducing structure for a turbine system and method of reducing wake

An improved combustor is disclosed in which conventional combustion is changed to 'rich to quench to lean' by changing the air entry arrangement in the liner of the combustor to remove mixing holes, reduce liner cooling and admit dilution air into the combustor liner in place of mixing air. In an alternative embodiment, dilution air is admitted into the combustor liner with the help of a plurality of pipes arranged so that air comes into the liner as a swirling flow in a direction opposite to nozzle swirl, so as to thereby produce a large mixing of air with the combustion gases and a resulting quenching effect, i.e., a rapid cooling of the combustion gases by quenching air. As such, the requirement for cooling water to quench the combustion gases is significantly reduced, thereby helping turbine efficiency and reducing turbine emissions.

Method for air entry in liner to reduce water requirement to control NOx

A micromixer of a turbine system is provided and the micromixer includes a plurality of pipes each having an inlet and an outlet for receiving flow and dispersing the flow to a combustor. Also provided is a non-uniform inlet arrangement defined by the inlets of the plurality of pipes, wherein at least one of the inlets extends to an axial location distinct from at least one other inlet.

A late lean fuel injection nozzle for a gas turbine includes a first outer air supply tube having a relatively large inner diameter and an outlet at a distal end thereof. The first outer air supply tube is adapted to supply air to a combustion chamber, and at least one fuel injection tube having a relatively smaller diameter enters a distal end portion of the first outer air supply tube and extends within the first outer air supply tube substantially to the outlet.

Flashback resistant tubes for late lean injector and method for forming the tubes

A fuel injector for a secondary fuel nozzle in a gas turbine includes axially oriented air slots and a plurality of fuel injection holes disposed between the air slots. The plurality of fuel injection holes include axially oriented injection holes and radially oriented injection holes such that fuel input through the plurality of fuel injection holes is injected in both a radial direction and an axial direction to mix with air flowing through the air slots.
