A control device and a monitoring system of a manufacturing device, capable of enabling an external device to acquire data easily without grasping a configuration of the control device having a plurality of function control units. A control device of a manufacturing device includes a display function control unit and a control function control unit. The display function control unit includes a data model generation unit, and the control function control unit includes a data model generation unit. The display function control unit includes: a data model acquiring unit that acquires a data model generated by the data model generation unit of the control function control unit; and a data model integration unit that integrates a data model generated by the data model generation unit of the display function control unit with a data model of the control function control unit acquired by the data model acquiring unit.

An operation management system according to the present invention stores manufacture facility information in which identification information capable of uniquely specifying a manufacture facility is associated with position information of the manufacture facility in a manufacture facility information storage unit, a management device acquires the manufacture facility information from the manufacture facility information storage unit, arranges the manufacture facility on an arrangement map based on the manufacture facility information, and conducts communication setting for acquiring operation information, and the management device acquires the operation information of the manufacture facility via communication based on the communication setting, and displays the acquired operation information on the arrangement map.

Operation management system

A numerical controller which can prevent the stoppage of operation caused by the shutting off of communication with a host computer includes a communication unit for sending an NC data acquisition request containing a data size specification to a host computer, and a numerical control unit for performing operation using NC data sent from the host computer in response to the NC data acquisition request. Every fixed period, the communication unit sends, to the host computer, the NC data acquisition request containing the data size specification corresponding to a quantity of the NC data consumed by the numerical control unit.

Numerical controller for data request with variable data size

A controller (node) divides all nodes connected to a network into several network groups, and gives the division network groups network identification numbers for identifying them. A token frame contains a network identification number. This network identification number enables data to be shared among all the nodes connected to the network while a token for each network group is circulated only in the network group.
