A method of a user equipment includes receiving configuration information for one or more transmission configuration indication (TCI) states and corresponding TCI state identifiers (IDs) and receiving one or more TCI state IDs. The method also includes determining, based on the one or more TCI state IDs, at least one of one or more first spatial domain filters for reception of one or more layers, respectively, of a downlink channel and one or more second spatial domain filters for transmission of one or more layers, respectively, of an uplink channel. The method further includes at least one of receiving the one or more layers of the downlink channel using the one or more first spatial domain filters, respectively, and transmitting the one or more layers of the uplink channel using the one or more second spatial domain filters, respectively.

Configuration of a multi-beam downlink based on TCI states in a wireless system

Enhancing reception reliability for control information or data information includes receiving: a first configuration for a CORESET and a second configuration for a second CORESET; a first PDCCH, in the first CORESET or the second CORESET, including a first DCI format; and a first PDSCH, scheduled by the first DCI format, including a TB. The method further includes transmitting a first PUCCH including a first HARQ-ACK codebook and a second PUCCH including a second HARQ-ACK codebook. HARQ-ACK information, in response to receiving the TB, is included in: the first HARQ-ACK codebook when the first PDCCH is received in the first CORESET and the second HARQ-ACK codebook when the first PDCCH is received in the second CORESET.

Enhancements to reception reliability for data and control information

A method includes receiving information for a set of PUCCH resources and first physical downlink shared channels (PDSCHs) that provide first transport blocks (TBs). The method further includes determining first hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) information bits associated with the first TBs and to provide the first HARQ-ACK information bits only when at least one PUCCH resource from the set of PUCCH resources overlaps in time with a transmission of a first physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH). A value for each of the first HARQ-ACK information bits corresponds to positive acknowledgement (ACK). The method further includes transmitting the first PUSCH. The first PUSCH includes the first HARQ-ACK information bits when the at least one PUCCH resource overlaps in time with the first PUSCH.

PUCCH transmissions with multicast HARQ-ACK information

Method and apparatus for determining resources for PUCCH transmission with acknowledgment information

Methods and apparatuses for processing an acknowledgement report for reception of control information. A method for a user equipment (UE) to receive physical downlink control channels (PDCCHs) includes determining a prioritization for receiving the PDCCHs and receiving the PDCCHs based on the prioritization. PDCCH receptions for a first search space set (SSS) are prioritized over PDCCH receptions for a second SSS or a third SSS. The PDCCH receptions for the second SSS are prioritized over the PDCCH receptions for the third SSS based on a configuration. The PDCCH receptions for the first SSS include a first downlink control information (DCI) format. The PDCCH receptions for the second SSS include a second DCI format that schedules a groupcast physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) reception. The PDCCH receptions for the third SSS include a third DCI format that schedules a unicast PDSCH reception.

A method for a user equipment (UE) determined a total power for transmissions in a cell group (CG) or a power for transmission of a channel or signal in a cell of a CG. The method comprises receiving configuration information for first and second CGs and for first and second maximum total powers for transmissions in the first and second CGs and determining first and second total powers for transmissions in the first and second CGs, respectively. The method also comprises receiving configuration information for a set of values for one or more parameters used to determine a power for transmission of a channel or signal in a cell of a CG and an indication for a value for each parameter from the one or more parameters.

A method for operating a user equipment (UE) includes determining a maximum number of resource elements (REs) of a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) for multiplexing first hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) information. The maximum number of REs is determined by scaling, with a factor, a total number of REs available for multiplexing the first HARQ-ACK information in the PUSCH. The PUSCH has a first priority value. The factor has a first value when the first HARQ-ACK information has the first priority value. The factor has a second value when the first HARQ-ACK information has a second priority value. The method further includes multiplexing the first HARQ-ACK information in the PUSCH over a number of REs that is smaller than or equal to the maximum number of REs and transmitting the PUSCH.

For multiplexing channel state information (CSI), a user equipment (UE) includes a transceiver configured to receive configuration information for CSI reporting and a processor configured to decode the configuration information and calculate a CSI according to the configuration information. A first of the N segments includes a rank indicator (RI) and at least one other CSI parameter. A method for a user equipment (UE) to provide hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) information includes transmitting physical sidelink shared channels (PSSCHs), where each of the PSSCH transmissions provides a transport block (TB); receiving physical sidelink feedback channels (PSFCHs); and generating values for HARQ-ACK information bits from the PSFCH receptions.
