A mooring system comprises a pair of first mooring elements configured at first ends for connection to a floating vessel, and a pair of second mooring elements configured at first ends for connection to a seabed below a water surface. A restrictor member is connected between said pair of first mooring elements' second ends. The restrictor member has a length dimension that is less than or equal to the width of the vessel to which the mooring system is connected.

Mooring system

A buoy device includes a first part having a first support structure and a second part having a buoyant body and a second support structure. The first and second support structures are connectable to form a rotatable connection between the first part and the second part. The buoyant body further includes one or more buoyancy elements releasably arranged on the second part. The buoy device may be a turret buoy, a CALM turret buoy, or a CALM turntable buoy.

Buoy device

A flexible elongate element for installation in a body of water to extend between a seabed connection device and a unit arranged at the opposite end of the flexible elongate element. At least one lateral displacement device is connected to a portion of the flexible elongate element and configured to displace at least a portion of the flexible elongate element a lateral distance away from a first axis extending between the seabed connection device and the unit, the at least one lateral displacement device including a spring member. The flexible elongate element may be a flexible riser, umbilical, hose, or cable.

Anchoring system to hold a vessel anchored during loading or unloading, which vessel can be connected to or from the anchoring system in a similar way under all operating conditions without adjustments in the anchoring system, which anchoring system is comprising one or more anchors, from each anchor an anchor line is arranged extending upwards through the sea to a subsea buoy with swivel, which buoy has connected thereto and suspended the anchor lines and at least one pipeline for loading or unloading up through the sea, from which subsea buoy at least one line is arranged to a surface buoy, and further, at least one anchoring line and at least one pipeline for loading or unloading, arranged to the vessel either directly from the subsea buoy or via the surface buoy to the vessel, distinguished in that in each anchor line slack is arranged, and on one or more anchor-lines one or more clump weights are arranged, and the buoyancy of the subsea buoy and the buoyancy of the surface buoy is adapted such that by damage on the surface buoy or the line therefrom to the subsea buoy will the subsea buoy and thereto suspended equipment not be lowered further down vertically than that one or more of the clump weights are landing on the seabed, while during loading or unloading will at least one of the clump weighs on each anchor line be located on or just above the seabed, and for all types of load in the loading and unloading pipelines and with all anchor lines connected, the subsea buoy can by ballast adjustment be brought up to the surface.

Anchoring system

Arrangement for mooring, loading and unloading of a vessel, comprising: a stationary inner tower with a lower end fixedly anchored to the seabed, from where the inner tower extends upwards through the sea to an upper end over the sea level, which inner tower at level close to the seabed has through connections for hoses and cables for transfer of load and signals, which hoses and cables are brought further up through the inner tower and out of its upper end; a yoke that in one end is rotatably fastened to the inner tower, wherefrom the yoke extends further outwards to at least one outer ballastable end wherefrom moorings are arranged to keep the vessel anchored, on which vessel devices are provided to connect the vessel with the moorings and said hoses and cables for transfer of load and signals. The mooring arrangement is distinguished in that it further is comprising an outer tower with rotatable fastening to the inner tower, which outer tower from the fastening to the inner tower extends upwards outside the inner tower to a level over the upper end of the inner tower, wherein the rotatable fastening is placed below sea level and also is comprising the fastening of the yoke, such that the outer tower and the yoke as one unit is freely rotatable over and around the inner tower that is stationary anchored to the seabed; and a swivel provided between the upper end of the inner tower and the upper end of the outer tower, for rotatable transfer of load and signals with said hoses and cables between the inner and the outer tower and therefrom further to the vessel.

System for transferring fluids between a floating installation ( ) and a tanker ( ), wherein the floating installation is permanently moored ( ) to the seabed ( ), and comprising a buoy ( ) being moored ( A, B) to the seabed and connected to the installation through a first mooring line ( A) and a first fluid transfer line ( B). Buoy ( ) is adapted to be connected to the tanker ( ) through a second mooring line ( A) and a second fluid transfer line ( B), and the buoy ( ) is immersed in the sea in its normal operative position and is provided with a swivel for the second mooring line ( A) and the second fluid transfer line ( B).

System for transferring fluids and methods for installing, modifying and operating system

A system for anchoring of a tanker near an offshore production unit ( ) which is anchored by means of a number of anchor lines ( ) and associated anchors, and from which a tanker ( ) in use of the system is supplied with oil or gas. The system comprises a first and a second pair of bottom-anchored buoys ( resp. ) located before or behind the production unit ( ), as seen in the prevailing weather direction (W), and at a chosen distance from the production unit ( ). The buoys ( ) of the first pair are located closer to the production unit ( ) than the buoys ( ) of the second pair, and the buoys ( resp. ) of each pair has a chosen mutual distance transversely to said weather direction (W), so that a tanker ( ) may be moored in the region between the buoys ( ) with the fore-and-aft direction essentially coinciding with said weather direction (W). The system further comprises a collision barrier ( ) extending between the buoys ( ) of the first buoy pair and being connected thereto, to prevent a collision between the tanker ( ) and the production unit ( ).
