The present invention provides a robust and effective solution to an entity or an organization by enabling them to implement a system for automatic switching between visual responses, audio responses and textual responses in an omni-channel single view experience. Particularly, the system and method may empower a user to choose between any mode of interaction, the modes being provision of a visual interaction, audio interaction or a textual based interaction and a combination thereof based on a machine learning architecture and also provide seamless human agent handover. Thus, the system and method of the present disclosure may be beneficial for both entities and users.

System and method facilitating a multi mode bot capability in a single experience

A system and a method for enabling automatic conversion of speech input to text is disclosed. The method involves receiving an audio file pertaining to speech of a user, extracting a first set of attributes indicative of plurality of time frames spaced along the duration of the audio file, extracting a second set of attributes indicative of speech patterns, predicting a first set of characters to generate a first output sentence, determining, through an artificial intelligence (AI) engine, a first data set comprising a corpus of sentences of a predefined language based on a predefined language usage parameters, and generating a textual output in the predefined language based on a combination of the extracted first and second set of attributes, the predicted first set of characters, and the AI engine based determination.

System and method for speech to text conversion

The present disclosure relates to a system and method for enabling authentication on the bot application. The system may receive video stream along with query from a user computing device associated with a user. The query may be a generic or a privileged query and based on the nature of query, identification and verification of the user is carried out. For privileged services, the authentication procedure may include many levels of authentication processes that may include biometric authentication modules as well. Once the user is verified and authenticated, the response for the user query is provided to the user.
