An insulating glazing unit includes two panes and a spacer, with two pane contact surfaces. A first and second pane contact surfaces are connected to, respectively, a first and a second pane via a sealant to form a glazing interior space and a glazing exterior space. At least one pane is provided on the side facing the glazing interior space at least partially with an electrically conductive coating and/or an electrically controllable functional element and two bus bars are provided for electrically contacting the electrically conductive coating and/or the electrically controllable functional element. A bus bar includes an electrically conductive adhesive tape. The electrically conductive adhesive tape includes an electrically conductive adhesion layer, a conductor track, and an opaque, electrically insulating cover. The electrically conductive adhesive tape is connected via the electrically conductive adhesion layer to the electrically conductive coating and/or to the electrically controllable functional element.

An electrochromic apparatus is disclosed. The electrochromic device can include a first bus bar electrically connected to a first transparent conductor, where the first bus bar comprises a first segment between a second segment and a third segment, where the first segment has a first thickness that is less than a second thickness of the second segment and less than a third thickness of the third segment. The electrochromic apparatus can further include a first voltage supply terminal that is offset from a center of the first bus bar.

An insulating glazing includes at least one first pane element, at least one spacer, and at least one connector. The spacer and the connector are arranged next to each other such that they extend along a common longitudinal axis, wherein the spacer and the connector accommodate and position the first pane element. The connector has at least one first electrically conductive conductor element such that an electrical connection can be established between an external power source and the first pane element via the first conductor element.

An alarm pane assembly is presented. The alarm pane assembly includes a pane made of tempered glass, a transparent, electrically conductive coating that is arranged on a surface of the pane, a sensor unit, and an antenna. According to one aspect, the sensor unit includes a transmitting unit and an evaluation unit. During operation, the transmitting unit forwards a high-frequency voltage signal with a frequency f in a range of 0.1 GHz to 6 GHz to the antenna, the antenna emits electromagnetic radiation of the frequency f, and the evaluation unit measures the impedance matching of the transmitting unit to the antenna. According to another aspect, the antenna is electromagnetically coupled to the conductive coating, and the sensor unit outputs an alarm signal when the measured impedance matching deviates from a reference value.

Alarm pane assembly

An alarm pane assembly is presented. The assembly includes a pane made of tempered glass, a transparent, electrically conductive coating arranged on a surface of the pane, a sensor unit, and an antenna. According to one aspect, the sensor unit includes a transmitting unit and an evaluation unit. During operation, the transmitting unit forwards a high-frequency voltage signal with a frequency f in a range of 0.1 GHz to 6 GHz to the antenna, the antenna emits electromagnetic radiation of the frequency f, the evaluation unit measures the impedance matching of the transmitting unit to the antenna, and the sensor unit outputs an alarm signal when the measured impedance matching deviates from a reference value. According to another aspect, the transparent, electrically conductive coating has a region with at least one coating-free pattern that overlaps the area of the orthogonal projection of the antenna onto the transparent, electrically conductive coating.

A transparent pane having at least one transparent substrate and at least one an electrically conductive coating on at least one surface of the transparent substrate. The electrically conductive coating has at least two functional layers arranged one on top of another. Each functional layer contains: a layer of optically highly refractive material; a smoothing layer above the layer of optically highly refractive material; a lower adapting (matching) layer above the smoothing layer; an electrically conductive layer above the lower adapting layer; and an upper adapting (matching) layer above the electrically conductive layer. The lower adapting layer and/or the upper adapting layer contain a homogeneously distributed getter material. At least one lower adapting layer and/or upper adapting layer containing the getter material is in direct contact with the electrically conductive layer.
