An apparatus for scattering fibrous material, e.g., chips, the apparatus serving to spread chips using either a throw or air-jet spreading method to form a mat () of chips onto a moving band conveyor () or the like, whereby the scattering process avails a gas flow, such as air flow, for instance. The apparatus includes a scattering chamber mounted above the band conveyor or the like. In order to prevent lateral turbulence, the volume of the scattering chamber's length wherein the major portion of the material being scattered falls onto the band conveyor or the like is at least partially divided into smaller subspaces adjacent to each other in the cross-machine direction by substantially thin plate-like elements () set apart from each other in a cross-machine direction at a spacing substantially larger than the particle size of the material being scattered.

Apparatus for scattering fibrous material, e.g. chips

A screening, crushing or mixing bucket is formed into a bucket of an excavating machine or bucket loader. The bucket comprises a bottom plate, side walls, and at the back of the bucket working drums rotatable about their shafts, which screen, crush or mix the material in the bucket as they rotate and at the same time deliver screened, crushed or mixed material out of the bucket, between or through the working drums. In the bucket are casings for the power transmission and bearings of the working drums. The casings are limited by frame plates to which the bearing housings of the drums are attachable. On the frame plate and/or on the inner side of the inner wall is fixed a mudguard, which extends between the shafts of the working drums, next to the lead-throughs of the shafts, and the mudguard comprises cut-outs for receiving the shafts of the working drums.

Screening, crushing or mixing bucket

The invention relates to a crushing bucket, which has been designed as an excavator or loader bucket. It comprises a bottom plate (), side walls (), and working drums () at a rear part of the bucket, which are rotatable about a shaft () thereof and crush, while rotating, a bucket-held material and at the same time deliver crushed material out of the bucket between or through the working drums (). It also comprises enclosures () for the power transmission and bearing assemblies of the working drums (), said enclosures being delimited by frame panels () to which the working drums' () bearing cups are attachable. The working drum () is provided with at least one crushing tool (), which is a continuous component extending substantially all the way along the length of a shaft ().

Crushing bucket

The invention relates to a screening, crushing or mixing bucket, which is formed into a bucket of an excavating machine or bucket loader, comprising a bottom plate (), side walls () and at the back of the bucket working drums () rotatable about their shafts, which screen, crush or mix the material in the bucket as they rotate and at the same time deliver screened, crushed or mixed material out of the bucket, between or through the working drums (). In the bucket are casings () for the power transmission and bearings of the working drums (). The casings () are limited by frame plates () to which the bearing housings () of the working drums () are attachable. The frame plates () have receiving and fastening formings () for the working drums (), into which the drums () with their bearings () can be positioned through the rear side of the bucket. The sides of the casings () may in that case be smooth and their opening wall plates are on the rear side of the bucket.

A screening, crushing or mixing bucket which is designed as the bucket of an excavating machine or a bucket loader, comprising a bottom plate (), side walls (), and working drums (), which are rotatable about their axes at a rear part of the bucket and which, while in rotation, effect screening, crushing or mixing of a material present in the bucket and at the same time delivering of a screened, crushed or mixed material out of the bucket between or through the working drums (). The bucket also includes enclosures () for a transmission and bearing assemblies of the working drums (), said enclosures being defined by frame panels () capable of being fitted with bearing cups () for the drums (). Tool flanges () are provided with a butt collar or butt expansion (), extending around the drum shaft () and dimensioned in the drum shaft direction in such a way that, with the tool flanges () at a desired distance from each other, between the butt collars () remains a gap (s) for a welded joint. Two tool flanges () and the drum shaft () are attached together by a single welded joint present in the gap (s).

The present invention relates to an apparatus for handling strapped units of boards, said apparatus comprising a stacker carrier () capable of moving the strapped units () placed on a support bed () in a storage area into storage stacks and off from said storage stacks, respectively. To the opposite sides of said stacker carrier () are adapted lift units () adapted so as to be individually movable and arranged to cooperate so as to elevate/lower the strapped units of boards resting on said support bed (). The invention alsoconcerns a support bed suitable for use in the apparatus.

Apparatus for handling bundles of boards and a support bed for use in such an apparatus

Method and system for the weighing of sheets () of wood material on a sheet forming line, on which line the sheets are carried on a conveyor from a sheet forming apparatus and cooled down in a cooling turn gear comprising a cooling wheel () provided with radial supporters (). The sheets () are weighed using a weighing system () which has been fitted in the cooling turn gear and which weights the sheets () when they are turned to an upright position or at least to a nearly upright position. The invention makes it possible to leave out the conveyor weight meter from the press line, thus allowing the press line to be made shorter. The weighing accuracy is substantially better than in a conventional conveyor weight meter solution because only the sheet itself is weighed instead of weighing the relatively heavy conveyor together with the light sheets on it.
