A sill assembly that can include a sill and one or more threshold inserts. The threshold inserts can cover cavities within the sill. The sill assembly can optionally include a subsill, which can be a separate from or part of the sill. The subsill can include subsill cavities aligned over the sill cavities to form vertically-stacked pressure chambers. These vertically-stacked pressure chambers can include vertically-stacked pressure chambers positioned within the interior of the building, and vertically-stacked pressure chambers positioned within the exterior of the building. The sill assembly is so structured that different door types, such as swing doors, pivot doors, folding doors and/or sliding doors can be accommodated using the same sill and subsill by simply changing the threshold inserts. The sill assembly can have a minimal rise above the floor surface to meet regulatory requirements such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Modular sill

A modular infill panel system for attaching to vertical structural members of a building frame and adjacent modular infill panel units. The modular infill panel system is capable of creating piecewise curves in the vertical plane as well as complex piecewise three-dimensional curves in a combination of horizontal and vertical planes. The modular infill panel system can include vertically stacked modular infill panel units. The modular infill panel units can be vertically aligned and attached to the building's structural columns by bracket assemblies mounted along one or more outside edges of the top frame member of the structural frame of the modular infill panel units. The bracket assemblies can secure the modular infill panel unit to the vertical structure of the building and alignment pins projecting upward from the bracket assemblies can align vertically adjacent modular infill panel units.

Modular system for glazing and other infill panels

A device for adjusting wall or door panels without the need to remove or disassembly the panels from their panel frames. The device can adjust the distance of the in-fill panel from a stationary frame or trolley track. Multiple devices can be utilized and adjusted independently allowing for angle adjustment of the panel. The device includes an in-fill attachment a threaded fastener, two angled adjustment blocks, and a block keeper. The in-fill attachment includes inset angled pockets, a wedge like portion, and an in-fill receiving portion. As the threaded fastener is turned, the angled sides of the two angled adjustment blocks slide along the angle pockets and move the in-fill attachment either toward or away from the panel frame thereby also moving the panel toward or away from the panel frame.
