An electrical connection box includes an auxiliary housing of a tubular shape interposed between a first housing and a second housing in a state where a second terminal is in complete contact with a first terminal. The auxiliary housing includes a holding portion that positions and holds the first terminal with respect to the first housing and a guide portion that guides the second terminal toward the first terminal in a state where the auxiliary housing is disposed on an opening side of the first housing.

A resin molded article has an internal space. The resin molded article includes: a ventilation passage defined to allow the internal space to communicate with an outside of the resin molded article. The ventilation passage includes: a first ventilation passage extending from the internal space in a predetermined direction so as to include a bottom portion; and a second ventilation passage extending from the outside in a direction intersecting the predetermined direction. The first ventilation passage and the second ventilation passage communicate with each other by allowing the bottom portion to communicate with the bifurcated portions provided at an end portion of the second ventilation passage. A portion where the first ventilation passage and the second ventilation passage communicate with each other is narrowest in the ventilation passage.

Resin molded article, resin molded article manufacturing method, and hydraulic control device

An electrical junction box includes: a first housing configured to hold a first terminal having a flat plate shape; a second terminal configured to allow the first terminal to be inserted thereinto such that the second terminal is conductively connected to the first terminal when the first terminal is inserted into the second terminal; and a second housing configured to be engaged with the first housing. The first housing has a first space defining, together with a second space of the second housing, a space configured to accommodate the second terminal. The first space is configured to accommodate a part of the first terminal. When the first housing is engaged with the second housing, the first terminal is allowed to be inserted into the second terminal such that the first terminal and the second terminal are conductively connected.

Terminal connection within an electrical junction box

A resin molded product includes a plate portion having a plate-like shape and having assembly locations in which a mating member is assembled on both surfaces of the plate portion in a plate thickness direction, a reference portion provided on one surface of the plate portion and used for alignment with the mating member, and a through hole which penetrates the reference portion in the plate thickness direction and opens on the both surfaces of the plate portion. The reference portion has a columnar shape extending in the plate thickness direction, and the through hole opens at an extending end of the reference portion and extends in the plate thickness direction to open on the other surface of the plate portion. The plate portion further includes a terminal provided so as to extend in the plate thickness direction at the assembly location on the other surface.
