A speaker includes a yoke configured to form a magnetic circuit, a first magnet provided in a fixed manner, a voice coil provided in a gap through which a magnetic flux of the magnetic circuit is configured to pass, a diaphragm connected to the voice coil and configured to vibrate with the voice coil, a second magnet provided on a diaphragm unit including the voice coil and the diaphragm, and a magnetic sensor provided at a position through which both of a first magnetic flux generated by the first magnet and a second magnetic flux generated by the second magnet are configured to pass, wherein a direction of the first magnetic flux and a direction of the second magnetic flux are different from each other.

A loudspeaker system for a vehicle may include a vehicle partition panel that separates an interior space and an exterior space; a loudspeaker device comprising a frame, a diaphragm elastically supported at the frame, and a driving device that is configured to provide driving power for operating the diaphragm; and an air chamber disposed between the diaphragm and the vehicle partition panel. The frame delimits a chamber side opening of the air chamber facing the vehicle partition panel, where the vehicle partition panel comprises a vehicle partition panel opening. The vehicle partition panel opening has an extension which is smaller than the diameter of the diaphragm and smaller than an extension of the chamber side opening. The loudspeaker device is fixed to the vehicle partition panel such that the chamber side opening and the vehicle partition panel opening overlap in an overlapping area and the chamber side opening adjoins the vehicle partition panel opening.

Loudspeaker system for a vehicle and vehicle structure comprising such a loudspeaker system

Forms of a vehicle loudspeaker system may include: a vehicle interior space defined on an inner side of a front windshield, a vehicle exterior storage space defined on a front side of the vehicle interior space such that a partition is disposed between the vehicle exterior storage space and the vehicle interior space, a cowl box disposed between an upper end of the partition and a lower end of the front windshield, and a loudspeaker including a diaphragm. The loudspeaker may be disposed in the cowl box such that sound pressure generated by the diaphragm is emitted to the vehicle interior space.

Vehicle loudspeaker system

A support chassis mounted on a sounding side of a speaker apparatus is formed of an iron material. The support chassis is formed in a shape in which a central supporting part nears a main-body chassis. A magnetic field generating unit is fixed to the central supporting part on a side of a recess of the support chassis. The support chassis includes a frame part, the central supporting part, and spoke parts. In the spoke part, a width dimension Dof an inner end part is formed narrower than a width dimension Dof an outer end part. Therefore, a resistance in a case where a magnetic flux passes through the spoke part increases, and the leaked magnetic field is hardly induced from the magnetic field generating unit to the spoke part. Therefore, a reduction in a speaker output can be prevented.

Speaker apparatus

A speaker includes a magnetic circuit, a voice coil, and a diaphragm which are disposed in a case. The case is placed in an engine compartment of an automobile. Reproduced sound is emitted through a duct protruding outward from the case. A partition wall, which is a metal body frame of the automobile, is present between the engine compartment and the cabin space. The duct is inserted into a hole formed in the partition wall so that a sound port faces and protrudes into the cabin space. A heat dissipation port is formed in the case, and an end surface the magnetic circuit facing the partition wall is exposed in the heat dissipation port. An elastically deformable thermal conductive sheet is sandwiched between the partition wall and the end surface of the magnetic circuit.

Speaker assembly for a high-temperature environment

Disclosed is an installation structure for a loudspeaker system in a vehicle, the loudspeaker system being installed in a vehicle front space separated from a vehicle interior by a partition, the vehicle front space being anterior to the vehicle interior, the installation structure including a sound guide port extending through the partition. The sound guide port allows a sound output space of a diaphragm in the loudspeaker system to communicate with front part of the vehicle interior.

Structure for installing loudspeaker system in vehicle

In a speaker, a space surrounded by a frame on one side of a diaphragm is separated by a damper into a first internal space and a second internal space. The first internal space and the second internal space are caused to face one part and another part of an opening provided in the frame. A duct protrudes from the frame, and the opening is an open end of the duct on the base end side thereof. The speaker is installed, for example, outside a vehicle cabin with the duct inserted into an opening in a vehicle cabin wall, and the first and second internal spaces are caused to communicate with a space in the vehicle cabin through the duct. Therefore, reproduced sound in the bass range having a high sound pressure can be discharged through the duct to the space in the vehicle cabin.

An opening is formed in a ceiling lining of a vehicle cabin part. The diameter of the opening in the ceiling lining is smaller than a diameter of a speaker, which has a frame. The speaker is disposed at the opening, and a fixing screw is inserted into a fixing aperture formed in a central part of the speaker. A fixing screw is screwed to a screw hole formed in a reinforcing brace positioned at an inner side of a top plate proximate the ceiling of the vehicle. A central part of the speaker is fixed to the reinforcing brace while a circumferential periphery of the frame is pressed against a peripheral edge of the opening in the ceiling lining via a frame interposing material.

On-vehicle acoustic device and method of assembling the same

A speaker device includes a cabinet from which a duct for adjusting the back pressure protrudes, a speaker unit mounted in the cabinet, and an intermediate hollow member including first and second connection portions. A cabin space in which the cabinet is installed is separated from a non-cabin space by a partition wall. If there is a subframe facing the partition wall, the duct cannot be directly connected to the opening formed in the partition wall. The intermediate hollow member is disposed in a small space between the subframe and the partition wall, the second connection portion is connected to the opening, and the duct is connected to the first connection portion.
