The present disclosure discloses a highly flexible stent which includes a plurality of annular supports arranged in an axial direction. The annular support is formed by a plurality of wave-shaped support units which are connected end to end. The support unit comprises a peak, a valley and a bar connected between the peak and the valley. In two adjacent annular supports, the peaks and the valleys of the support units of different annular supports are connected by first flexible connecting members. The first flexible connecting member further extends to and is wound onto at least one support unit to form a second flexible connecting member. The present disclosure provides a highly flexible stent having good compressibility, delivery compliance, and uniformity of expansion.

Highly flexible stent

The invention discloses a stent graft used for interventional treatment of abdominal aortic disease, comprising a tube body composed of a tubular covering and a plurality of annular stents, and the tube body comprises a first tube body and a second tube body that arranged in sequence from the proximal end to the distal end, wherein the diameter of the first tube body is greater than diameter of the second tube body; the first tube body and the second tube body are connected by a transition section as a whole; the diameter at central part of the transition section is smaller than the diameter of the proximal end of the transition section and the diameter of the distal end of the transition section; a plurality of fenestrations are disposed on the first tube body and the transition section. The invention provides a stent graft having a smaller diameter of the portion near the branch vessels or branch stents after released, and has more space for accommodating branch vessels or branch stents for interventional treatment of abdominal aortic diseases.

A vascular shunt frame with improved apposition including a main body tube; at least one end of the main body tube is provided with a sealing covering; the sealing covering is provided with a main blood flow opening; a shaping component is disposed at the edge of the main blood flow opening. When the main body stent is inserted into the main blood flow opening of the main body tube, the shaping component can be closely attached to the outer surface of the main body stent, such that the sealing covering closely fits the outer surface of the main body stent to prevent endoleaks. The present disclosure also provides a vascular stent provided with an apposition-improved vascular shunt frame.

A multi-lumen stent graft including a tubular main body stent graft and a tubular connection stent graft; the main body stent graft includes a tubular main body stent; the main body stent includes a tubular main body covering and a main body support frame fixed on a wall of the main body covering; a main lumen and at least one sub lumen are separated axially by a separation covering within the main body stent; in a released state, a proximal end of the connection stent graft and the main lumen at a distal end of the tubular main body stent graft are fitted and connected together. The multi-lumen stent graft is not prone to endoleaks and displacement, which can simplify surgical operations, reduce the difficulty and risk of surgery, and has a wide range of applications.
