While in the radially compressed state, the at least one inner mechanical thrombectomy device is disposed in the inner channel of the outermost mechanical thrombectomy device. Each of the outermost mechanical thrombectomy device and the at least one inner mechanical thrombectomy device is actuatable/deployable independently of one another.
