The present disclosure provides a fluoroscopic needle guide device for use in medical procedures that facilitate the direct targeting of a pre-identified target in a subject and methods for reaching the same with a medical device. The present disclosure includes fluoroscopic needle guide devices including detachable alignment indicators and methods for using the same.

Provided are a clip system and method for joining plates using the system of clips, with each clip including a base, a first protrusion, a second protrusion, a first pair of fingers, and a second pair of fingers, with the first protrusion and the second protrusion extending in opposite directions away from the base.

Modular frame connectors and system utilizing same

A four bar apparatus and method are provided for lifting, lowering, providing exercise and facilitating self-propelled transit. The apparatus includes an actuator and interconnected four-bar lifting mechanism, which includes a crank, a coupler, a rocker, and a frame. Each of the crank, coupler, rocker and frame are rotatably interconnected, and operation of the actuator moves a lift point of the coupler, with the lift point connectable to a vest-type garment or belt worn by a user of the apparatus, with the lift point following a J shape path or an S shape path to lift the user from a shoulder or hip area, respectively.

Disclosed herein is a portable lifting apparatus that includes an actuator and a lifting mechanism, which includes a parallel bar, a first coupler, a second coupler, a first rocker, a second rocker, and a frame that are each rotatably connected, so that operation of the actuator moves the parallel bar in a J-shaped path while maintaining a constant orientation of the parallel bar.
