The present disclosure contemplates a variety of improved methods and systems for providing professionals and organizations tools to improve productivity and efficiency. The present disclosure includes a process for discovering and validating entity objectives. In an embodiment, the method and system receive communications from multiple data sources (e.g., email, calendar, contacts), find correlations between the communications, identify communications that appear to be important to a user, and provide relevant resources.

Personal data fusion

A content sharing platform for sharing content between collocated mobile devices in an ad-hoc private social group is disclosed. The content sharing platform enables users of collocated mobile devices to discover an ad-hoc private social group. A content group identifier identifying a content group is shared with users in the ad-hoc private social group. The content group identifier enables users in the content group to access a web user interface to share content with the content group. The users' interactions with the content are processed in real-time for all the collocated mobile devices in the content group. The content sharing platform displays context-aware and history-aware features of the content through the web user interface. Users of the content sharing platform may share, interact and collaborate with content in real-time in their collocated mobile devices.

Sharing content between collocated mobile devices in an ad-hoc private social group

Examples include determining content for displays based on bid requests. Some examples include transmitting a probing request to a display computing device and receiving a portfolio list from the display computing device. The portfolio list may include a first identifier for a first content stored on the display computing device. Examples may also include determining a user viewing history of the first content, and transmitting a bid request to the display computing device. The bid request may indicate the user viewing history of the first content.

A computer-implemented method, system, and non-transitory computer readable medium for device pairing for content sharing are disclosed. An encoded URL is accessed in a first device, the encoded URL associated with a second device. A content group identifier is provided to the second device. The second device is notified that content is ready to be pushed to the second device from the first device through the content group. Content is pushed from the first device to the second device through the content group.

According to an example, a series of video frames may be accessed, in which a first set of the video frames depicts segments of an entity moving relative to other entities in the video frames and wherein a second set of the video frames depicts static content. In addition, the video frames in the first set of video frames may be generated into animated image files and the video frames in the second set of video frames into single image files. Furthermore, the animated image files and the single image files may be arranged into an interactive slide deck.

A method for social networking of mobile devices based upon telephone numbers of the mobile devices includes receiving user profile information and telephone numbers of contacts from a plurality of users' mobile devices; at least one of creating and updating respective user profiles based upon the telephone numbers of the users' mobile devices and the received profile information; identifying relationships among the users based at least upon the contacts contained in the contacts information; and establishing a social network group including at least two of the users based upon the identified relationships among the users.

Associations between pieces of electronic audio content and geographic locations are stored. An indication of a present link between an electronic device and a particular geographic location is received. A particular piece of electronic audio content is identified as being related to the particular geographic location. The identified piece of electronic audio content then is made available to the electronic device.

Location-indexed audio content

Embodiments of the present invention provide a location-based audio service. According to one embodiment, a request for a desired audio stream having an inactive segment is received from a user operating a mobile device. Furthermore, geographic data may be monitored while the audio stream is being rendered on the mobile device. The location-based audio service is configured to determine relevant location-based information based on the geographic data, and then transmit the relevant information to the mobile device during the inactive segment of the desired audio stream.

Example implementations disclosed herein relate to selection of a subset of items included in a feed of information that are perceived to be of interest to a particular user. In some implementations, a feed of information that includes a number of posted items is accessed. In addition, in some implementations, a subset of items perceived to be of interest to a particular user is selected from the feed of information based on a predicted value of each item to the particular user and to a plurality of users of an application used to access the items.
