A registration card or similar document (such as a boarding pass) may be used to onboard participants of health services programs. A data structure may store a plurality of unique identification codes linked to data elements providing personally identifiable information of participants. A document may then be generated to include an indicium, such as a QR code and/or bar code, for indicating the unique identification code for the participant, a personal identifier and a logistics detail for a biometric event. Upon receiving the unique identification code from the document, such as at the biometric event, the data element in the data structure may then be linked to an electronic medical record of the participant.

System for onboarding participants of health services programs

A system is provided in which portable electronic devices may be provided to people for accessing services in mass quantities. Each portable electronic device, which may be a tablet, may be configured in advance with one or more service programs and an authentication process. The tablet may also include cellular data access and/or paired peripheral devices. Such pre-configuration may provide subsequent ease of use and/or guarantee compatibility with a provider's server. A device control module on the tablet may communicate with a device manager on a server to monitor progress of the service program. If data values associated with the service program, such as measurements and/or transferred content, fail to meet a threshold within a period of time, the device control module may implement an action on the device to encourage the user, such as triggering repetitive alerts, disabling cellular access, disabling system applications, and the like.

System for remotely running a service program

The present inventors have determined that health services programs may be efficiently administered by providing a plurality of health services modules that are 'horizontally integrated' on a platform. A rules engine is operative to identify enumerated events such that an event in one module triggers the rules engine to propagate a related event in one or more other modules. Such health services modules may be software architectural components operable for one or more of (1) live video conferencing, (2) scheduling, and/or (3) health services program data/content. Additional health services modules ('add-on modules') may also be provided on the platform and horizontally integrated.

System for electronically administering health services

A system and method for processing refund requests in a postage system is described. In one configuration, each mail piece includes a tracking code. The refund system monitors the tracking codes as mail pieces are processed in the mail stream. A user enters a refund request for a particular mail piece that is identified by a unique tracking code. The refund system then interrogates a tracking code database to determine if the mail piece was observed in the mail stream. The system then continues to periodically interrogate the tracking code database over a test period of a week to determine if the mail piece was observed in the mail stream. If the mail piece is not observed within the test period, a refund is processed. The system continues to interrogate the tracking code database for a year after the refund is processed to ensure that fraud is not committed.

System and method for facilitating refunds of unused postage

A method and system for processing shipping labels having postage is described. In one configuration a hidden frame in a secure browser window is used to control printing of an actual shipping label while allowing unlimited sample printing of a sample shipping label having sample postage indicia.
