The invention relates to a distributor device for use in communication and data systems technology, comprising at least one distributor connection module. Said distributor connection module comprises a housing which houses input and output contacts, accessible from the exterior, for connecting lines, cables or wires. The distributor device comprises at least one additional connection module which comprises at least one SDH/SONET transport interface and outputs for electrical signals. The outputs of the connection module are connected to inputs of the distributor connection module. A first fixing member defines a channel sized to receive at least a portion of a frame. The housing is provided with a cavity inside of which at least one printed circuit board is placed. The input and output contacts are situated on the opposing faces of the housing. The input contacts are provided in the form of at least one connector strip with insulation displacement contacts. The input and output contacts can be detachably connected to the printed circuit board. The connector strip supporting the input contacts is detachably connected to the housing via a front part. The insulation displacement contacts are connected to the printed circuit board via fork contacts. The connection between the front part and the housing is such that when the connection is released, the connector strip, which is connected to the front part, is, together with the fork contacts, moved away from the printed circuit board.

Disclosed is a device for securing access to two distribution modules () used in telecommunication and data technology. Each distribution module () is provided with at least one system end () and one user end (). Each connection end () is provided with at least one series of insulation-piercing-contact elements. The distribution modules () are mounted on a frame (). At least one access to the system ends () is secured by at least one locking device () and at least one access to the user ends () is secured by at least one locking device (). The access lock to the user end () of at least one distribution module () can be unlocked independently of the other distribution modules ().
