Provided is an excessive length absorbing apparatus which absorbs the excess length of a primary resonant coil that is one of a pair of resonant coils which performs non-contact power supply via magnetic field resonance. A secondary hook in the excessive length absorbing apparatus hooks an excessive length portion of the primary resonant coil so as to hold the excess length portion of the primary resonant coil in a U-shape, and a holding member holds the secondary hook in a slidable manner.

Excess-length-absorbing apparatus and coil unit

A primary electromagnetic induction coil, which supplies power to a primary resonance coil in a pair of a primary and a secondary resonance coils that conduct non-contact power supply by magnetic field resonance, includes a coil main body and a wedge that mounts an end portion of the coil main body to separate the end portion from other portions. Impedance matching can be achieved by adjusting a position of the wedge and a number of turns of the coil main body.

Electromagnetic induction coil

A resonance-type non-contact power supply system includes a power-transmission-side metal shield to cover an area around a primary coil and a primary resonance coil. A coaxial cable outer conductor of a power-transmission-side coaxial cable and the power-transmission-side metal shield are threadedly engaged using a coaxial male connector and a coaxial female connector.

Resonance-type non-contact power supply system

A resonance-type non-contact power supply system includes a power-transmission-side metal shield to cover an area around a primary coil and a primary resonance coil, and a power-receiving-side metal shield to cover an area around a secondary coil and a secondary resonance coil, and when charging is performed, the power-transmission-side metal shield and the power-receiving-side metal shield are connected with a case connector to be at the same potential.
