Disclosed herein is the compound (S)-2-(1-cyclopropylethyl)-5-(4-methyl-2-((6-(2-oxopyrrolidin-1-yl)pyridin-2-yl)amino)thiazol-5-yl)-7-(methylsulfonyl)isoindolin-1-one of the following structure: and/or pharmaceutically acceptable salts and/or pharmaceutical compositions thereof, which inhibit phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K) activity.

There is provided compounds of formula I, wherein E, E, E, E, L, Y, Y, Y, Rand z have meanings provided in the description, and pharmaceutically-acceptable salts thereof, which compounds are useful in the treatment of diseases in which inhibition of leukotriene Csynthase is desired and/or required, and particularly in the treatment of respiratory diseases and inflammation.

Compounds and uses

There are provided novel compounds of formula (I), wherein R, R, R, G, G, L, Y and n are as defined in the Specification and optical isomers, racemates and tautomers thereof, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof; together with processes for their preparation, compositions containing them and their use in therapy. The compounds are inhibitors of neutrophil elastase.
