A machine for preparing coffee beverages comprises an infusion unit comprising an infusion chamber suitable to contain a quantity of coffee powder to be subjected to infusion, a grinding unit to grind coffee beans and obtain coffee powder, a water tank connected to the grinding unit, means for feeding and heating the water, and a dispensing unit fluidically connected to the infusion unit and configured to dispense the beverage prepared into a receptacle. The invention also concerns a method to regulate a machine for preparing coffee beverages.

The production method of hot milk with or without froth, with a Venturi effect emulsifying device suitable for sending, into a mixing chamber, a flow of steam so as to aspirate, by Venturi effect, milk and air or only milk, comprises a production cycle of hot milk with froth and a production cycle of hot milk without froth being carried out by supplying an equal flow of steam of equal duration into a mixing chamber having equal volume, equal conformation and equal inlet section of the milk but a different outflow section of the milk.

The coffee machine () with a system for emulsifying and heating milk comprises a body () having a coffee dispenser () and a device () for emulsifying and/or heating milk having a carafe () for containing the milk and a lid () for closing the carafe (), means () for conveying the steam generated inside the coffee machine, to a Venturi tube () present in the lid () so as to emulsify and/or heat the milk inside said lid, the device () being provided with detection means () for detecting the presence of milk in the carafe () so as to interrupt the dispensing of milk when said carafe () is completely empty.
