A heating and air conditioning system for a motor vehicle including a housing having an air outlet, a heating heat exchanger disposed inside the housing with a warm air path to heat air flowing therethrough, a warm air duct having a warm air intake opening and a warm air duct discharge opening disposed downstream of the heating heat exchanger channeling a partial flow of warm air from the warm air path to the air outlet, and a mode control damper rotatable about a rotational axis and connected downstream of the warm air duct in terms of flow, wherein the air outlet may be selectively opened completely or partially, and in a closed state may be partially or completely closed. The mode control damper functions simultaneously as the control damper for controlling the volume of air exiting the warm air duct discharge opening.

Warm air channel outlet control device

An arrangement for the air distribution of an air conditioning system () of a motor vehicle. The air conditioning system () is configured with a housing () with at least two flow paths (), which empty into a mixing chamber (), and at least one air outlet () as well as an air flap () which can open and close the at least one air outlet (). The arrangement has a device () for air mixing with at least one air resistance element (), which is supported so that it can turn about an axis of rotation () and which extends in the direction of the axis of rotation (). The air resistance element () is configured with at least one flow through opening, so that depending on the position of the device () a cross section of at least one flow path () of the housing () can be changed.

Assembly for air distribution for an air conditioning system of an automobile

A fastening element for holding fluid conduit ends of a motor vehicle air conditioning system on an air conditioning system housing in a region of a conduit interface the fastening element including at least one U-shaped conduit clamping region between two opposing U-leg regions connected to one another by a curved or straight U-shaped base region, wherein at least one fluid conduit end, which is aligned with its conduit axis perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the U-shaped conduit clamping region, can be clamped in the U-shaped conduit clamping region. At least one pivotable spacer is connected as an integrated component of the fastening element to one of the U-leg regions by means of a film hinge, and is capable of at least partially filling and/or bridging the U-shaped conduit clamping region by means of a pivoting movement in the direction of the respectively opposite U-leg region.
